Chloe Lattanzi Talks about Her Anorexia and Body Dysmorphia

Chloe Lattanzi Talks about Her Anorexia and Body Dysmorphia

A while ago, we ran a story about 30 year-old singer Chloe Lattanzi and her issues with being called ‘stupid’ because of her looks – particularly her big boobs. This week, Chloe is back and she’s here to talk about her past struggles with anorexia and body dysmorphia.

On her anorexia and body dysmorphia:

After my parents divorce I went through this chubby phase. I would eat to comfort myself. I would see comments in magazines about how I was chubby. Around 16 I started to restrict food… along with the anorexia came OCD and depression. I didn’t have a clear sense of myself so I had my lips pumped up… I looked ridiculous. I got into using drugs and alcohol. I would read in the tabloids I was this alcoholic crazy disappointment. That really hit hard. I was at my lowest. Funnily enough I met the love of my life at the darkest time of my life. I still have my battles today. When I read these things that they say – having big breasts, not being thin enough, it’s like you can’t win no matter what you do.

On the fact that she’s never had plastic surgery:

There was rumors that I’ve had like work done, like plastic surgery on my face. Like I really haven’t. When I was in the height of my body dysmorphia I had a whole bunch of fillers. I’ve had all that removed from my face because I like the way I look naturally.

On the constant struggle with her insecurities:

I look back at myself as a teenager and I’m like ‘what a beautiful young woman, what was I thinking, why was I so secure?’ So many young girls are going through body dysmorphia. We’re constantly told how we’re supposed to look via Instagram and filters and there’s constant pressure for us to look person.

… says Chloe.

@robertlynden best shoot ever! I love you! Can’t wait for our next round of fun ?????????

Amber Rose Felt Body Shamed on Dancing with the Stars

Check out the story from E! News:

Amber Rose has a bone to pick with none other than Julianne Hough. E! News has the exclusive clip from Amber’s next episode of’s Loveline With Amber Rose where the co-host dishes on a recent experience with the blonde judge that rubbed her the wrong way. Amber’s fellow host Dr. Chris Donaghue mentioned that he felt Julianne’s criticisms of Amber’s dance were unfair, to which she replied, “Last night was like, they did the commentary, and I, it was a point in the dance where I had to lift my leg up and Maks [Chmerkovskiy] dipped me & [Julianne] said, ‘Oh, I’m uncomfortable,’ and instantly I felt, I did feel body shamed.”

Amber added, “You know, all the beautiful professional dancers that are on Dancing With the Stars, I mean they dress very sexy and they do the splits and they grind up on these guys and they look absolutely stunning and get a standing ovation. And me, and my body, my hips, my ass, my breasts made her uncomfortable.”

Meanwhile, Julianne tells E! News exclusively, “To be clear, that was a produced package, not live coverage and they can put those sound bites anywhere. My ‘uncomfortable’ comment was about the fact that I felt like I wanted more out of the performance – when someone is doing a hot, sexy dance like that without the right amount of energy that is required, it can be uncomfortable to watch. Trust me I’m ALL for a sexy booty dance!! We all know that!! And any kind of body shaming goes against everything I believe in.”

E! News: Taylor Swift did not get a boob job, she has ‘always liked her breasts’

As I’ve mentioned in several Tiddles posts, Taylor Swift has been looking suspiciously busty during all of the photo-ops and pap strolls for The Glorious Tiddlesbanging of 2016. Taylor memorably and notably got a boob job back in 2012. I remember that story, because I felt like a boob-job investigator, going through months of photos to try and determine when the boob job happened. My guess is still April 2012 for the first boob job. And over the years, her boob job had a sort of wonky look, depending on her bra or top. Sometimes they looked hard and very LeAnn Rimes-esque, let’s say. But I strongly suspect that a few months ago, Taylor went away and got another boob job. I think she went up a cup size and/or fixed some bad work.

Er, they’re perky because they’re man-made! I mean, props to Taylor for getting implants the correct size for her frame, but let’s be honest: they are implants. Absolutely. But I think it’s absolutely hilarious that Taylor is so controlling and obsessive that it bothers her to know that we’re sitting out here, talking about her boob job. That’s why this E! News story happened – because Taylor reads the comments. She reads the tweets. She reads the Tiddlesbanging coverage. Hey, girl! I think your boob job looks really nice now. I’m glad you got that wonky 2012 work fixed.

These are photos from Nashville, two weeks ago. She’s a full C-cup now, right?

Ramona Singer, 59,: ‘Most girls my age have had a face lift’

The Daily Mail has a new interview with Real Housewives of New York’s Ramona Singer, 59. Her quotes reads like a drunken bragging session about how gorgeous she is. I don’t watch RHONY and my opinion of this woman is based on the handful of times I’ve paid attention to her, but she sounds just about as sheltered and clueless as most of the real housewives. They become sort-of interchangeable at times.

Ramona, 59, had breast augmentation two years ago and she’ll tell you about it. The Daily Mail has a comparison photo of Singer in a bikini before and after her new boobs and she looked better “before” to me, but I’m smaller on top and I like it that way. I hear so many horror stories from my friends with big boobs (like Kaiser) about how it’s hard to exercise or find clothing that fits right. At least that’s what I tell myself because bigger boobs are not in my future. Singer has surely had a ton of Botox and fillers in her face, but she’s proud of the fact that she hasn’t had invasive plastic surgery, which sounds just like what her co-star Bethenny Frankel said recently, although Frankel was probably lying. Here’s what Ramona told the Daily Mail:

says she looks better at 59 thanks to carefree new outlook, strict fitness routine, hair extensions and a boob job.

‘I’m feeling really good. A weight has been lifted off me and that’s reflected in my face and my spirit and my body,’ she tells

The Bravo star said she had her breasts enhanced because she wanted to ‘feel sexier,’ but she has no intention of going under the knife again.

‘Why would I have anything planned? I look the best I’ve ever looked,’ she said. ‘I think I look great, I’m very happy.’

The star revealed that her plastic surgeon was reluctant to perform the boob job on her and tried to talk her out of it.

‘I’ve always had great breasts,’ she revealed. ‘My legs and my breasts have always been great features.’

‘In fact my doctor, she thought I was nuts, she didn’t even want to touch my breasts.

‘She was like, ‘Are you kidding? You have gorgeous breasts and your breasts are better than most 25-year-olds. What are you doing?…’

‘I did it for me… I wanted to feel sexier,’ she said.

‘I wanted to be able to look just as good with a brassiere as without one.

‘And before, because I am over 50, let’s face it gravity hits. It wasn’t hitting that badly, but I wanted to look perkier. I wanted to be perky the way I was in my 30s.’

‘And it made me feel good,’ she added.

The reality star said she saw no issue with getting plastic surgery over 50.

‘Most women have had their breasts done two or three times already,’ said Ramona.

‘There are girls getting their breasts done at 17,18,20 – it’s crazy. So for me to wait until after 50, so be it. Why not?’

Ramona denied having invasive work done on her face.

‘Most girls my age over 50 have had the complete facelift, the neck lift and I don’t really need that,’ she said. ‘I’m into working out and staying fit.’

[From The Daily Mail]

No, most “girls” her age have not had a complete facelift or multiple boob jobs. Maybe most of the women she knows have. Maybe in their group of moneyed women and reality stars they’re so used to looking at frozen faces that they become normal, but they’re still noticeably different to the rest of us. I know maybe 3-5 people who have had work done to their faces, and maybe 10 people who have had Botox. It’s still rare in my part of the country. It’s kind of scary to think that there are places where teens are getting new boobs in high school and are stopping by strip malls to get their lips plumped but I know those places exist and it happens. When you put it in that context, it’s easy to say “Oh this boob job is no biggie, this Restylane and Botox is nothing, you should see what Sharon had done. She got a whole new face.”

Ariel Winter: Boobs and Booze on Instagram!

Ariel Winter is gaining quite the following on Instagram these days, but we’re guessing her newfound popularity doesn’t have a whole lot to do with her acting skills…

That’s a photo Ariel posted yesterday, and as you might’ve guessed, most of the comments are about two things.

Yes, obviously we’re talking about the margaritas.

Ariel captioned the pic, “Legal frozen margarita with the sister.” She’s only 18 but she’s in Paris at the moment, so there’s no need to obsess over this photo, everyone!

We kid, of course. The real reason this pic has racked up 56,000 likes is Ariel’s boobs.

In the wake of her breast reduction surgery, the Modern Family star has been favoring a much more cleavagey look, and the Internet has responded the way it always responds to breasts.

This one hasn’t gone as viral as the photo of Ariel in a low-cut dress on Easter Sunday, but don’t worry – the comments section is still filled with grown-ups having serious discussions about an 18-year-old girl’s boobs.

Hey, if you’re a celebrity, creepy attention is better than no attention.

Even if your show is a hit, it can be tough to make the jump from actress on an ensemble sitcom to household name.

We’re guessing Ariel doesn’t mind getting a little help from her girls.

Sofia Vergara won’t complain about diversity: ‘I’ve been treated like a queen’

vergara edit

Some people are tired of Sofia Vergara. I’m not. I got a little bit tired of her a few years back, but I fell back in love with her during the drama last year with her ex, Nick Loeb, a drama which has no end in sight. Sofia covers the new issue of The Edit, and she talks about a lot of the same stuff: accepting who you are, her giant rack, her hair, her red carpet styling and more. But she has thoughts about other stuff too, like diversity in entertainment and playing a stereotype. You can read the full piece here. Some highlights:

Stereotypes are not always bad: “I’m not afraid of them, and they don’t have to be bad, either. I mean, Gloria is an amazing character: a really good woman with this hilarious accent, so why criticize her for being a stereotype? Plus, all the Latinas I know are loud, they dress sexy and are really involved with their families: that’s Gloria!”

She’s not Zen about aging: “Watching myself age on screen is awful! There is nothing more disturbing than watching an episode of Modern Family from the first season, then one from seven years later. It just makes me want to kill myself, but what can I do? I’ll be sad when the wolf whistles stop. I’m already sad that men have started calling me ‘Señora’. I get really pissed off: ‘What? It’s Señorita!’”

How she’s changed in her 40s: “Back in my mum’s era, 40 was considered old, but now I don’t think it is. You have to accept that you can look beautiful, but in a different way. Nowadays I don’t do miniskirts and low-cut tops: it’s one or the other. I don’t do shorts or pink anymore, and I’ve softened my eye makeup. In Colombia, once women hit 40, they automatically cut their hair short. I used to think I would do that too, but when it came to it I thought, ‘Why should I f***ing cut my hair? It makes you look older!’”

Motherhood: “I became a mother very young – at 20 – so I feel like I’ve been a mother my whole life, but I love that. Now that I’m 43 and my son is 23, it’s funny to see some of my girlfriends raising young kids. In the US, women postpone motherhood, but in Latin America most of my friends have kids my son’s age. I wouldn’t mind another child: my husband is younger than me and he wants kids so we’re trying to figure out what we’re going to do. The idea of doing it all again doesn’t scare me but, hey, it’s not like it’s going to happen naturally, is it?”

Complaints about diversity: “I’m really not one to complain. I mean, seriously, how dare I! Here I am on prime-time television with this stupid accent, I can’t trash anyone. It would be so ungrateful of me because, trust me, I’ve been treated like a queen. Of course [the opportunities] can’t compare to an American or Caucasian woman’s, but things are changing. The problem is not the networks or directors: it’s that there aren’t enough writers creating things for Latinos. Once we have more Latinos writing, that’s when things may really start to change…”

Her breasts: “My body has changed with age. People will often say that I wear the same thing on the red carpet, but I know my body: it’s very voluptuous and I’ve got the boobs of a stripper. They’re a 32DDD and because they’re real, they’re everywhere, so I need my dresses to have structure – and under armor. There is so much going on under my dresses that I bleed at the end of award ceremonies. In ten years I think it would be good to have a reduction. I don’t think it’s even going to be an option not to [have surgery], because I’m going to start having back pains. I wouldn’t make them too small – just enough that I don’t end up looking like an old stripper.”

How she feels about being objectified: “I’ve never understood why women get so offended. I just don’t believe in all that drama, which is why I’ve made a whole joke out of it. I am secure enough not to take it all that seriously, and I like to laugh at myself.”

[From The Edit]

I wouldn’t hold it against her if she did complain about diversity, because she seriously toiled away, looking for a break for more than a decade. Once she had a hit, she leveraged that into her own empire through her own hard work. As for the other stuff… here are my Hot Takes: you don’t have to cut your hair when you hit 40, but I disagree that a short haircut makes everyone look older. I don’t think it’s bad idea to say breast reduction might be in the future for Sofia: it might happen. Also, if your dresses make you bleed, you should choose different dresses!
