Kate Beckinsale: “I do circuit training interspersed with brutal cardio”

On not drinking alcohol ever: I don’t drink alcohol. I feel [its effects] very quickly, so I’ve never actually had an entire glass of anything alcoholic. On her celebrity morning routine: I basically wake up, eat breakfast, and then work out. I prefer to get it done in the morning. That said I don’t naturally get up early. It would be much better for me if the entire world went to bed at 4 am and woke up at noon. But it doesn’t, so I’m usually staggering around first thing. On her favorite workouts: Hard-core workouts have really made a big difference in my life. I have a lot of internal energy, and intense exercise helps me channel that energy. I find balance by doing a workout that makes me pour sweat. I never was that girl before, but I am now. I do circuit training interspersed with brutal cardio, such as crazy things on a nonmotorized treadmill. That part is torture. But the thing I like about circuit training is that you’re never doing one thing for very long. You get to the point where you almost can’t bear it, and it changes to something else. … says 43 year-old Kate. More photos inside! Gigi Hadid Talks About Becoming a Supermodel

On becoming an ‘Instagram supermodel’: ‘It’s weird, because it happened so naturally for me. I think Instagram started when I was a junior in high school. If you scroll to the bottom of my account, I still have pictures with 500 likes. And then it just happened to be the theme of our generation of models: the “social-media supermodel” or whatever they call it.’ … says Gigi. See more! Miranda Simms Calls Leah Messer Out: I’m So Good To Your Girls!

Leah Messer's cousin recorded an interaction between one of her twin daughters and their stepmom, Miranda Simms. Naturally, it disturbed the Teen Mom 2 star. In the recording Ali, 6, complained that “Miranda always gets mad at me cause my backpack is too heavy." Ali was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, which leads to weakness and muscle mass. “I give her my backpack when it’s too heavy" Ali continued. "She [Miranda] says, ‘Ali, I have to hold the baby.'” Miranda and Leah's ex-husband have a daughter, Remington, whom they welcomed back in November. Leah was furious after watching the video. “I can’t watch it without getting angry or wanting to cry… I don’t know what to do,” she told her sister, Victoria. "There’s nothing wrong with you going down there and saying, ‘I’m tired of my kids hurting,'" Leah told Victoria "Ali has a condition, she can’t help it that she can’t carry the damn backpack. So the lazy b***h needs to pick the backpack up and carry it for her period. "There is no reason that kid should feel that way.” Leah told her sister that Ali says she's "upset" and "hurt" by the way Miranda treats her. “What do I do?” she asked helplessly. “I want to save them. I want to make them feel better, I want to rescue them and I can’t. There’s nothing I can do and they’re my kids.” It is Corey’s fault just as much as it is Miranda’s,” she added. “I would have never, ever thought he would allow this to ever happen to our kids.” In the video below, Leah deals with Miranda's reaction after she told Corey about the video. Miranda was upset that she was portrayed in such a poor light, and texted Leah that she didn't appreciate what happened. Watch the video, and let us know if you agree with Leah or not.

John Legend: Blame ME For Bad Parenting, Not Just Chrissy!

John Legend is quickly earning our vote for husband of the year. Not only does he gush about Chrissy Teigen on the regular, he’s now instructing the momshaming brigade to fire their criticism at him, not just his wife. Last month, Teigen was attacked by the mommy mafia when she went out to dinner with her husband about a week after giving birth. “She’s hitting the streets already????” wrote one jerk on Twitter. “Damn these so called celebrities want to show off so bad after giving birth.”  “Spend bonding time with your baby and not let the nanny or babysitter raise them!” Naturally, Teigen hit back, but Legend thinks it’s unfair that she had to take all the heat. These days, moms and dads equally share the responsibility of child-rearing, yet Teigen received all of the criticism for the unforgivable crime of leaving daughter Luna with a sitter for a couple hours. The “All of Me” singer took to Twitter to point out the double standard and ponder why all the ire is directed toward the mom. “Funny there’s no dad-shaming,” he tweeted. “When both of us go out to dinner, shame both of us so Chrissy doesn’t have to take it all. We’ll split it.” I’m actually getting a little weepy here. This man just gets it. Literally and figuratively. On Mother’s Day, Legend shared a photo of his wife and daughter and included this tribute: “To my wonderful wife, @chrissyteigen. Luna and I are so lucky to have you in our lives. If our daughter can be even half as awesome as you, I will be so happy and proud. Happy 1st Mother’s Day!”   Methinks Chrissy and Luna are pretty lucky, too. Game of Thrones Gambling Odds: Wager on Who Will Win the Iron Throne!

Now that most of the storylines in Game of Thrones have progressed beyond the point that George R.R. Martin has reached in his ongoing A Song of Ice and Fire series of novels, all bets are off in terms of what might happen next. Of course, that's just a figure of speech. What we really mean to say is – it's time for the betting to begin! You see, up until now, showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss were working from some very popular source material, which meant lots of people had a good idea of where the plot was headed. Sure, there were some digressions here and there, but for the most part, the show remained true to the broad strokes of Martin's novels. These days we're in spoiler-free territory, and not even those smug book-readers know what'll happen next. Though Season 6 has just begun, we've already seen one major twist, and you can be sure there will be more to come. Like those intimidating fellas who run the Iron Bank of Braavos, Vegas oddsmakers never pass up an opportunity to make a buck, so naturally, they're now taking bets on the likelihood that several major characters will win "the great game" and sit atop the Iron Throne. Check out the odds in the gallery below, and whatever you do, don't sleep on Hodor – people like a politician of few words: 1. Jon Snow: 5/2 The odds favor the bastard son of Ned Stark (or, if you believe certain theories, Rhaegar Targaryen). It may seem unlikely for a dead man to become king, but hey, who would’ve guessed that Donald Trump would have a real shot at being president? Anything can happen, folks! 2. Daenerys Targaryen: 3/1 Obviously, the Khaleesi has a good chance of being the first female on the Iron Throne. It’s a fairly safe soon have one more title to add to her incredibly long list. 3. Tyrion Lannister: 7/1 Tyrion is like the Bernie Sanders of this race. He’s a long shot, but a lot of people really, really like him, and sometimes that’s all it takes. 4. Petyr Baelish: 15/2 Never underestimate Littlefinger! The man might be the smoothest talker in Westeros. 5. Bran or Rickon Stark: 16/1 Bran, maybe. Rickon, not so much. Has anyone even seen that kid lately?! 6. Margaery Tyrell: 18/1 She may have married two kings, but we still have a hard time picturing Margaery on the Iron Throne. View Slideshow
