There’s another story about Brad Pitt’s styling for F1’s promotion. Apparently, he’s working with two stylists – Taylor McNeill (best known for working with Timothee Chalamet and Kendrick Lamar) and George Cortina, who styled Brad’s recent “I’m going potty in my leather outfit” look in GQ. So… those are the two stylists responsible for velvet trousers, ‘90s sateen blouses, palazzo pants and Gucci onesies. We knew about McNeill’s work before now, but this is the first I’m hearing of Cortina working with Pitt. Sources are emphasizing that the stylists are working on JUST Brad too, but I’ve been wondering if Pitt is financing Ines de Ramon’s “makeover.” It’s not really so much a makeover as a more polished update, and I’ve assumed that Brad is financing that as well.

Speaking of Brad’s strange relationship with Ines, I keep coming back to the idea that he basically knows nothing about her, and she exists in the celebrity-gossip zeitgeist as someone who barely seems to have any interests or passions beyond showing up for Brad every few months. I’ve believed for some time that Ines was basically hired to give Brad a girlfriend and change the narrative around him, especially the narrative that he’s still disturbingly hung up on Angelina Jolie. All of which to say, I’ve always believed Brad is heterosexual, I just think he’s toxic AF. Of all of the celebrity men of Pitt’s generation, he’s one of the few who never really got any serious “gay rumors.” I bring this up because he addressed his sexuality in the Armchair Expert interview:

Brad Pitt got candid about his sexuality and missing out on the “gay experience” amid his romance with Ines de Ramon.

“You know I’ve never had a gay experience,” the “Fight Club” star said on Monday’s episode of “Armchair Expert with Dax Shepard.”

“I kind of missed that window, but if I did, it wouldn’t be you,” he joked, referring to host Dax Shepard. Pitt, 61, quipped that the “Parenthood” alum would only make the cut as his “14th or 15th” experience.

“I don’t want to brag, but you’re going to need to build up to me,” Shepard, 50, responded playfully. “I do recommend you start with some starters.”

I think he’s probably telling the truth here – while I’m sure Brad has been cruised by gay men for much of his adult life, I buy that he never had any gay experiences and never really explored anything. And who would choose Dax as their first experience with anything??

Here are some photos of Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon leaving their New York hotel on Tuesday. Brad was flying out of NYC, probably to start the European promotion for Vroom-Vroom. I don’t know if Ines will join him – it didn’t look like she left the hotel at the same time, and it’s more than possible that she’s returning to LA. I remember a few years ago, Ines went to Paris “with” Brad, but she made a point of flying separately. Someone pointed out that she probably doesn’t want to ever get on the same plane with Brad, given what he did to Angelina Jolie and their children on a private plane in 2016.

Fashion notes for Tuesday’s hotel check-out: Brad wore a Gucci jumpsuit which does not flatter his shape, and in fact makes him look like a toddler in a onesie. The gold chains/necklaces make him look… you know what, I won’t say it. Ines wore a denim Marine Serre top and jeans. Do they have his-and-hers Gucci bags? Brad’s carry-on is for-sure Gucci, but is Ines’s bag Gucci? Is this relationship sponsored by Gucci? Ines is certainly carrying the bag like she’s being paid to promote it. As the Mail pointed out, Brad is already adopting his girlfriend’s style, like always. Meanwhile, Pitt’s PR gave People another dumb exclusive:

Brad Pitt has found a “perfect” match in girlfriend Ines de Ramon.

In a rare red carpet appearance together, the producer-star of F1 brought de Ramon as his date to the movie’s world premiere in New York City on Monday, June 16. Pitt, 61, “loved having Ines by his side,” a source tells PEOPLE exclusively.

“She’s no drama, very supportive and they’re doing really well,” the insider adds.

The jewelry designer, 32, is “perfect for him,” they conclude.

My theory about why Pitt’s PR continues to be so vague about Ines and only speak about her in the most basic of generalities is because Brad never pays attention to anything about her. Ines isn’t his “girlfriend” in the sense that they actually share things with one another or have similar interests or anything like that. Ines is just there. She is Girlfriend. Brad is happy with Girlfriend. Girlfriend is supportive.

Brad Pitt was in NYC this weekend, doing some advanced promotion for Vroom Vroom: The Movie. He filmed a skit with Jimmy Fallon, because God knows, Brad can’t be counted on to sit through a talk show interview at this point. Well, because Brad is in promotional mode, that means Ines de Ramon was suddenly called upon for some pap strolls and photo-ops. They were seen strutting in and out of their hotel, and on Friday night, they went Cote Korean Steakhouse. It was a double-date with Bradley Cooper and Gigi Hadid. Gee, I wonder what those two couples talked about at dinner?

Ines also looked like she was fresh off a beach vacation – I’ve never seen her look so tan. She has nice legs, and she really looked like she was enjoying the whole pap-stroll. That’s pretty consistent with her. As for Brad… I keep getting stuck on his outfit. I think the pants are low-quality velvet? The man-blouse is straight out of the 1990s – this is exactly what men wore out to the club in New Jersey. Between the rip in his pants and the square-toe lifts/heels, all of this screams “midlife crisis.” Except he’s 61 years old, so it’s more like a last-quarter life crisis.

Last week, Brad also made some news for some comments he made at the Vroom Vroom premiere in Mexico City. Speaking to Entertainment Tonight, he said: “No matter the mistake, you know, you just learn from it and move on. It’ll lead to the next success. Really, I think you get to my age and see how important it is to surround yourself with the people you know, the people you love, the people that love you back. Friends, family, and that’s it.” Yeah, just learn from abusing and terrorizing your wife and children and move on! The most pathetic part is… he never moved on. He’s still suing his ex-wife, he’s still trying to control her finances, he’s still leaking sh-t about her.

Brad Pitt barely gets pap’d in LA in recent years. He reportedly moved out of LA at some point, selling all of his accumulated Los Feliz real estate and he supposedly moved to Carmel. My point is that unless he’s promoting a movie and wanting to be seen, I can’t keep track of where he is or what he’s doing. Neither can anyone else. I didn’t think anything of the lack of paparazzi photos of Pitt this year, but it turns out that he was in New Zealand for several months, shooting a movie. His girlfriend Ines de Ramon apparently did not join him in NZ. But no worries, because Pitt’s team insists that Brad and Ines are still going strong and they’re spending time together right now.

Brad Pitt and Ines de Ramon are enjoying some downtime together before his F1 press tour revs up. A source close to the Oscar winner, 61, tells PEOPLE that he is back in the U.S. after recently filming Heart of the Beast in in New Zealand, wrapping in mid-May following over two months of shooting.

“Most of the filming was done in rugged areas, doubling as the Alaskan wilderness. Filming was grueling with a lot of wind and rain,” the source says. “He’s happy to be back in the U.S. with Ines.”

Now, Pitt is “getting some quality time with” de Ramon, 35, the insider continues. They recently spent time in both Los Angeles and Carmel, California, per the source.

Pitt is now “resting up before the major press tour for F1 kicks off” later this month, according to the source, ahead of the movie’s June 27 release date.

“Ines will attend some public events with him,” the insider adds. “They are still doing great. She’s perfect for him. She’s very supportive and excited about his career.”

“Ines will attend some public events with him.” I think that’s what this story was about – an announcement that Brad and Ines will be pap-strolling and attending the F1 premieres together. They did the same thing last year when Brad promoted Wolfs, a movie which was so bad, Apple pulled it from its theatrical release. Let’s just say that Ines’s presence doesn’t really help Pitt sell a movie. But sure, in general, it looks better for him to have a girlfriend on his arm. I really hope Ines is getting some kind of compensation to put up with all of this.

This week, I read Brad Pitt’s GQ profile so you guys didn’t have to. It was one of the most inane cover stories I’ve ever read, and I’m still unsettled by GQ’s sycophantic, studio-boot-licking coverage of the actual F1 movie Pitt was promoting. It was like ten thousand words devoted to FAST CARS GO VROOM and then at the very end of the piece, they got Pitt to say some dumb sh-t about how “annoying” it is to be gossiped about, how his eight-year-long divorce from Angelina Jolie wasn’t “that major” and how his relationship with Ines de Ramon is “not that calculated.” My guess is that the GQ story didn’t go over the way Team Pitt thought it would – some comments I saw on social media were basically like “why did GQ put a domestic abuser on the cover?” – so the team ran to People Magazine for some favorable coverage. Wouldn’t you know, Brad and Ines de Ramon are still doing something. Not that calculated, my ass.

“There’s no pressure between them,” a source tells PEOPLE exclusively. “She gives him space when he needs it, but is always there when it counts.”

The Oscar winner, 61, and the jewelry industry executive, 32 — who have been dating since 2022 — are in a “really solid place,” the insider says.

“Ines has brought a lot of peace into Brad’s life,” the source adds. “Their relationship has been easy and natural.”

The Fight Club star finalized his lengthy divorce from the Maria actress, 49, in December 2024. Jolie had initially filed to dissolve their marriage in September 2016. The actors, who share six children — Maddox, 23, Pax, 21, Zahara, 20, Shiloh, 19, Knox, 16, and Vivienne, also 16 — began dating in the mid-2000s and married in 2014. De Ramon quietly tied the knot in 2019 with Vampire Diaries actor Paul Wesley, but after more than three years of marriage, the couple split in 2022. PEOPLE first reported the news revealing that they had been living apart for several months.

“Ines encouraged Brad to move forward and focus on the future. She’s grounded, drama-free, and just really good for him which is exactly what he needs at this stage,” says the source.

This is the anthem of the beck-and-call girl: “She gives him space when he needs it, but is always there when it counts.” I’ll give Ines some credit – I don’t think she’s solely waiting around for Brad to call whenever he needs a photo-op. She has a real job! But he also uses her for photo-ops and deflection-stories. I wonder if Team Pitt plans to circulate more “Brad and Ines might get married” stories around F1’s release. They last did that when… Angelina was promoting Maria.
