This week, we learned that Tom Brady and Sofia Vergara are having a summer fling. There are so many celebrities vacationing in Europe right now, and apparently Tom and Sofia are spending time together in Ibiza, although it definitely sounds like Sofia is in Ibiza with a larger group of friends. Page Six made it sound like a summer fling, as did TMZ’s sources. TMZ stressed that Tom and Sofia are not “dating” and they both consider themselves single, but they’re having some fun.

Well, on the heels of TMZ and Page Six’s reporting, the Daily Mail carried this exclusive: “Tom Brady thinks Sofia Vergara is ‘too OLD’: Friends tell all the mortifying details as ‘summer romance’ collapses… and reveal the behavior he can’t handle.” I’ll spare you any excerpts from the piece. What surprised me about it was that Brady’s people immediately came out with a denial for that specific story though:

Tom Brady “would never” say that he thinks Sofia Vergara, 53, is “too old” for him, a representative for the former quarterback, 47, tells PEOPLE, in denial of a recent report.

“Tom never said, nor would he ever say, anything like this. It is pure fiction,” his rep says.

Speculation about the duo first surfaced when it was noted the two were seen getting friendly during a recent A-list outing aboard Ritz Carlton’s new superyacht, the Luminara, in early July.

Page Six reported that an insider said Brady asked if he could sit next to the Modern Family actress at dinner. Soon after that night, Vergara shared a photo of the pair to her Instagram. In the snap, she and Brady are seated next to one another, as singer J Balvin stops by and kisses the Griselda star’s forehead. In the photo, she’s laughing with her eyes closed as Brady smiles at the camera.

I was wrong about Tom Brady, I admit that. I thought that after Tom and Gisele Bundchen’s divorce was finalized, Tom would do that thing which many newly divorced men do: quickly find a much younger girlfriend and settle down. I’ve been pleasantly surprised to see post-divorce Tom really spend time alone, and he’s been focusing a lot on spending more time with his kids. Yes, he’s been dating this whole time, but it’s never been anything serious, nor has Tom gone full mid-life crisis. Well, Tom is currently enjoying a summer vacation in Ibiza… with Sofia Vergara! Tom and Sofia are apparently having a summer romance.

Tom Brady and Sofia Vergara are enjoying the single life — with each other! The retired NFL star and the bombshell “Modern Family” actress have been spending time together in Ibiza, Spain, and a source described the situation to Page Six as a “summer romance.”

It all started about a week ago on the Luminara superyacht — launched by the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection — with A-list guests including Martha Stewart, Naomi Campbell, Kendall Jenner, Kate Hudson, Colman Domingo and the flirtatious duo, among others.

The two-night luxury voyage set sail from Rome, Italy, and included drone shows and performances by Ellie Goulding, Sting and Janelle Monae. Guests also included Patrick Schwarzenegger, Tessa Thompson, singer Anitta and Brady’s past supermodel fling, Irina Shayk, we’re told.

Brady and Vergara, however, were apparently googly-eyed over each other at one of the gala dinners aboard the yacht. The two were photographed sitting next to each other, and a source familiar with the situation told us their cozy-looking seating arrangement wasn’t happenstance.

“He asked to switch seats to sit next to her at dinner,” a source told Page Six. We’re told Brady, 47, and Vergara, who turns 53 on Thursday, continued hanging out in Ibiza after the yacht trip.

Vergara has been documenting her summer fun by posting sexy shots in Walmart bikinis, and also showed off videos in which she danced to music by celeb DJ Calvin Harris. She has not shared any romantic outings with Brady thus far, and reps for the stars did not comment.

If you look through Sofia’s recent Instagram posts, you can see that she’s been enjoying her summer vacation too, with a diverse group of girlfriends. I could see Sofia hooking up with Tom Brady for a brief fling, but her priority is definitely “spending time with her friends and enjoying herself.” She’s not looking for anything more than some quick fun! I enjoy the age-appropriateness of this match too! Anyway, Tom is really surprising me.

I think dudes are upset because Gisele wasn’t happy being “Tom Brady’s wife” and they wanted her post-divorce life to be one of desperation and sadness rather than joy. Nevermind that if Tom had simply kept his word to Gisele about retirement and been a better partner to her, she probably never would have left him. In any case, sources close to Gisele insist that she’s happier and freer than ever. Like a giant Botoxed weight has been lifted!

Gisele Bündchen feels “freer” since she began dating Joaquim Valente, a source exclusively tells Page Six. The supermodel “felt like she lived in Tom [Brady’s] shadow for a long time,” the insider says.

The former couple — who called it quits on their 13-year marriage in 2022 — share son Benjamin, 15, and daughter Vivian, 12. The Super Bowl champion is also dad to son Jack, 17, whom he shares with ex Bridget Moynahan.

Bündchen and Valente began dating in June 2023 and have kept a low profile since welcoming their first child together in early February. The Brazilian model is “grateful for what she had” with the former New England Patriots quarterback, 47, and “is blessed for their children.”

But Gisele, 44, “feels freer” with her jiu-jitsu trainer boyfriend, 37, and is “absolutely loving this new chapter,” according to the source.

Reps for Brady and Bündchen did not immediately respond to Page Six’s requests for comment. As Page Six previously reported, Brady was “stunned” when he learned Bündchen was having a baby with Valente.

“Tom knew that things were serious between Gisele and Joaquim, but he never imagined they would be having a child together,” our source said at the time. “It just wasn’t something that was on his radar. So when Gisele broke the news to him, he was stunned, to say the least.”

However, the Fox Sports NFL broadcaster reached out to congratulate his ex-wife when news broke that she and Valente had welcomed their child. A source close to the NFL legend told us that he’s happy for Bündchen and wishes her nothing but the best.

I’ll give Tom some credit – I genuinely don’t believe he has any ill-will towards Gisele, and he probably does wish her the best. But Tom’s fans? Yeah, their projection has skyrocketed. Anyway, I hope Gisele really is feeling free, and more than that, I hope she’s found a partner who will really support her in every way.

On Monday, Gisele Bundchen announced to People Mag that she is pregnant with her third child, her first with boyfriend Joaquim Valente. She’s apparently five or six months along and the baby is due in early 2025. My thought process was: wow, that’s a surprise, wait, how old is she, that’s going to be tough on her body, oh, I bet Tom Brady is freaking out right now. I was surprised by just how many people immediately thought of Tom and the end of Tom and Gisele’s marriage. I’ll be fair to both Gisele AND Tom – she had every reason to leave him and she handled everything with maturity… and Tom overwhelmingly seemed fine post-divorce. There were some blips and some low-key fighting, but they mostly handled their business privately and both of them moved on. Still, there’s something about Gisele’s surprise pregnancy that has a lot of people checking in on Tom.

Gisele Bündchen is currently expecting her first baby with boyfriend Joaquim Valente — and she made sure ex-husband Tom Brady was one of the first people to hear the news.

“When Gisele told the kids about her pregnancy, she made sure to let Tom know as well,” an insider close to Brady, 47, exclusively tells Us Weekly. “This happened a few months ago. She wanted to give him that courtesy and knew the kids would tell him either way.”

Brady and Bündchen, 44, divorced in October 2022 after 13 years of marriage. The former couple share son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11. Brady also shares son Jack, 17, with ex Bridget Moynahan.

According to the insider, Brady was “shocked” by his ex-wife’s pregnancy news but is “ultimately happy” for her. “It was hard to digest at first,” the source adds. “He knows Gisele is a great mom and was destined to be a mom.”

A second source close to the supermodel tells Us that Bündchen “did tell Tom before” the news went public, adding, “Tom lets Gisele live her own life and isn’t involved in her personal decisions anymore — he lets her live her life.”

The first source, meanwhile, notes that Brady’s focus is on maintaining a healthy coparenting relationship with his ex. “Tom has moved on and is in the mindset of keeping the peace for the kids,” the first insider explains. “He wants everyone to be happy and healthy. He and Gisele are only in contact regarding the kids.”

While Us Weekly’s sources say Gisele informed Tom “a few months ago,” Page Six’s sources say Tom “only found out that Gisele was pregnant very recently.” I think we could probably split the difference, maybe a few weeks ago? I feel certain that Gisele would have told her kids and Tom around the same time, because their kids would have told Tom immediately anyway. An insider also told Page Six that it’s Gisele’s style to keep those kinds of secrets from Tom, and “Tom’s great, a very nice, normal guy. Gisele is… very different. She really blows hot and cold.” That… does not sound like Gisele. She’s always sounded very warm and, well, Brazilian. Effusive, open, warm. Tom really broke her heart when he broke his promise about retiring.

The funniest part of this “but how is Tom doing” side-story is the fact that he posted this on his IG Stories hours after Gisele’s announcement… The Chicks’ cover of “Landslide.” Amazing. Oh, mirror in the sky, what is love? Can the child within my heart rise above? Can I sail through the changin’ ocean tides? Can I handle the seasons of my life?

That was pretty bad. You’re only supposed to boo someone at a roast when they cross the line and/or the jokes are terrible. Apparently, the crowd just hated Kim. The Swifties are celebrating this, btw, even though Tom made a joke about Taylor and Travis Kelce later in the show. Here are the jokes Kim made at Tom’s expense, or her own expense. Remember how there were rumors about Tom and Kim possibly dating? Please, they never.

“I know Kim was terrified to be here tonight,” the former NFL star told the crowd, adding: “Not because of this, but because her kids are at home with their dad.”

Ben Affleck is the brand ambassador for Dunkin Donuts. It’s been happening for more than a year, after Ben repeatedly went viral for all of his Dunkin Donuts stops and deliveries. Ben has turned the brand ambassadorship into something cute, directing his ads and roping his wife and his friends into appearing in the ads. Last year’s Super Bowl commercial was very cute, showing Ben “working” the Dunkin drive-thru, then Jennifer Lopez surprises him. For this year’s Super Bowl ad, Ben went even bigger, bringing in Jack Harlow, Tom Brady, Matt Damon, Fat Joe and of course J.Lo.

I mean… it’s cute and cringe at the same time. Jennifer Lopez supporting her husband’s Dunkin Donuts brand ambassadorship will always be funny to me, and if you look closely, they added a sneaky little promo for “This Is Me… Now,” her new album and Amazon Prime film. Ben finding a way to bring in Tom Brady, Jack Harlow and Matt Damon though? I’m curious if those guys are getting paid the big bucks for a Super Bowl ad or if they’re just doing it because they’re friendly with Ben. This certainly beats Matt’s last appearance in a Super Bowl ad, when he tried to convince bros to invest in crypto. Remember, Tom Brady also did a Super Bowl ad for FTX a few years ago too. Good times. Dunkin is a much safer bet.

Irina Shayk & Tom Brady are done, they ‘fizzled out’ a while ago, by the sound of it

Irina Shayk reportedly threw herself at Tom Brady when they were both guests at a June wedding of a mutual friend. By July, they were bumpin’ uglies in LA, with Irina flying out to spend a weekend with him. Over the next month-and-a-half, they would travel to see each other, and they even spent a weekend in London at one point. Irina’s people sounded excited about the romance, and sources told People that Tom is her “dream guy” and she loves dating him. Well, we’ve heard very little about Tom and Irina for the past six weeks or so. I was really rooting for them, but they could not survive the summer of splits.

Tom Brady and Irina Shayk are no more … calling it quits on their brief, but super attractive romance. Sources connected to the former pair tell TMZ the two eventually “fizzled out” after some time together, no drama or scandal … it just came to an end. The signs have been on the wall recently that things were likely over … as each has spent a lot of time in separate cities.

Earlier this week, Tom was spotted in Miami and Irina was in New York. Obviously, it’s a quick flight … but the fact we haven’t seen them together is a telling sign.

It was back in July and August when things really heated up between the two — she spent the night at his place in Los Angeles, got affectionate in his car and even took a trip overseas … spotted coming out of the same London hotel.

Some started to wonder if Irina had gotten back together with her ex, Bradley Cooper, early last month when she posted a pic of him on social media. At the time, sources told us Irina and Tom were still together … and don’t forget, she’s got a kid with Cooper, so they maintain a level of friendship.

Now Bradley Cooper is with Gigi Hadid, which felt like a “reaction” to Irina and Tom. Basically, I still kind of wonder if Irina would simply prefer to just get back with B-Cooper and have a second child with him. That is her dream. But yeah, it probably won’t happen anytime soon. As for Tom and Irina… I kind of like the way they conducted that, keeping it simple and straight-forward. I wonder why they fell apart? It could be that it simply took too much effort. I don’t think Tom likes to make an effort.
