Here are some photos from last night’s London premiere of Argylle. I couldn’t even make it through the trailer, but from what I gather, it’s Matthew Vaughn’s latest attempt at a glossy-yet-quirky action film full of British actors. He’s still trying to recreate the magic of Layer Cake (his first film) but nothing will ever touch it, honestly. Argylle is so full of celebrities, I couldn’t even fit all of the premiere photos in this post.

One big headline is that Henry Cavill brought his girlfriend to the premiere, a fact which I’m sure will upset the Cavill-cade or whatever his fans call themselves. Cavill has been with Natalie Viscuso for something like three years, and this isn’t the first time they’ve walked a carpet together. It feels like his fans aren’t in a full-blown panic about Natalie anymore, which is nice. Hopefully everyone has chilled out. They look nice together and three years together isn’t bad at all. Her ensemble is…not my jam. It feels very bridal in a weird way and that coat is just awful. Cavill always looks like a casino pit boss whenever he wears a suit.

Other photos…Dua Lipa looked fantastic, and I’m loving this hair color on her. Claudia Schiffer (Matthew Vaughn’s wife) looked beautiful and she got to carry the “cat backpack,” which is something significant in the film. Bryce Dallas Howard looked SO GOOD in that striking green gown. That’s one of the best things she’s ever worn!! Bonus pics of Sam Rockwell and Mark Strong (Strong looked delicious).

Time for another supermodel beauty post, everyone! Don’t pretend you don’t care, there’s no joy in that. So what’s the latest in supermodel beauty tips? “Make-up artist to the stars” Charlotte Tilbury shared some info for Expose Entertainment:

Kate [Moss], Claudia [Schiffer] – they wake up like the rest of us. All right, they’re probably a bit more symmetrical. But Christ, if they don’t sleep because they’ve been up all night with the baby or they have a pimple or they’ve been travelling – they’re skin and bone like the rest of us. Same bloody problems.

A lot of these younger models … you wouldn’t even blink when they’re walking down the street. Then you put on the make-up and oh my God! It’s like being a magician. Don’t think it’s just because they’re amazing. You’re amazing as well and you can have a bit of that it should be for everyone.

Wow, it’s like now I hear Xtina’s “Beautiful” blasting in my head and I want to go run through a meadow. OKAY but seriously, she brings up some good points and I really like that she’s a make-up artist who isn’t spouting the same PR friendly bullshit like, “They know how it important it is to stay hydrated and maintain a proper sleep schedule! I’ve found that [product placement here] works best for puffy under eyes!”

And her last bit of advice, about believing that you’re amazing, reminds me of the words of wisdom we got from the Grace Kelly of our times.
