Sports heiress-turned-Oscar nominated actress Rooney Mara has chopped the asking price of her celeb-pedigreed mid-century modern in the hills above L.A.’s Bronson Canyon from $3.8 million to just under $3.6 million after nearly three months on the open market.
Designed by architect Phil Brown and built in 1963 on a nearly quarter-acre promontory near the end of a discreet cul-de-sac, the comfortably sophisticated residence retains its original, open-plan layout.
