‘Shallow’ #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Dethrones Ariana’s ‘7 Rings’

Gaga earns her fourth No. 1 and first since “Born This Way” in 2011. Shallow dethrones 7 Rings which ruled 5 weeks on the chart. Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper’s “Shallow” blasts from No. 21 to No. 1 for its first week atop the Billboard Hot 100 songs chart. Gaga ends the longest gap between Hot 100 No. 1s since Beyoncé, who waited two weeks shy of nine years between “Single Ladies (Put a Ring on It)” in 2008-09 and “Perfect” by Ed Sheeran in 2017-18. At 22 weeks, “Shallow” ties for the 10th-longest climb to No. 1 on the Hot 100, matching the rise of “Just Dance” (and Vangelis’ “Chariots of Fire,” which led in 1982). Los Del Rio’s “Macarena (Bayside Boys Mix)” completed a record 33-week trek to the top in 1996. The Star is Born Soundtrack is also #1 on this weeks Billboard 200. It marks the fist time Gaga has topped both charts at the same time. The post ‘Shallow’ #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, Dethrones Ariana’s ‘7 Rings’ appeared first on Today's Evil Beet Gossip.

RIP Luke Perry

http://www.evilbeetgossip.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/LUKE_2.mp4 Luke Perry has died from his massive strokes that hit last week. The general public assumed he was doing fine, but it was likely a pulling him off life support situation. His family and friends were there when he died. Sad story. It still came as a shock to people who loved him, and people did love him. He was iconic character of many people’s youth staring as bad boy Dylan McKay on 90210. More recently, playing Fred Andrews on the Archie comic inspired Riverdale. Ultimately far too young to die. He was only 52 years old. Here are some pics of him as our own little tribute to childhood crushes and a talent, now lost forever. http://www.evilbeetgossip.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/LUKE_1.mp4 http://www.evilbeetgossip.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/03/LUKE-PERRY-1.mp4 The post RIP Luke Perry appeared first on Today's Evil Beet Gossip.

‘Walking Dead’ spin-off in the works

The Walking Dead may not have the massive hoard of followers that it did in its earliest seasons, but the series shows no signs of slowing down. In fact, the TWD universe may soon be expanding ever further — AMC executives are reportedly developing yet another new installment to the sprawling world of walkers. According to Deadline, the network’s executives confirmed that they are currently pursuing a new installment in the Walking Dead franchise, with COO Ed Carroll confirming to the site that the as-yet-unnamed series is in “active development.” “We’re not at a stage where we’ll be announcing its plans to premiere, but we have hired creative people that have pitched story outlines,” Carroll explained. “We feel very good about the development of that series. We’re not in a position to talk about partnerships in terms of other territories or ancillary windows, other than that there’s a healthy appetite for it and we’ve had a number of conversations with a lot of players in the space.” The post ‘Walking Dead’ spin-off in the works appeared first on Today's Evil Beet Gossip.
