This year’s Diana Awards were held virtually. The Diana Awards are given to young people who improve society, who stand up for what’s right, who mentor young people and on and on. Harry has been involved with the Diana Awards for many years, and he made an “appearance” virtually at this year’s honors ceremony. I’m honestly trying to figure out if this was taped in Montecito or if Harry did it at Frogmore Cottage after he flew in last week. I’m getting more of a Montecito vibe from the light and the door? Yes, Harry’s voice seemed to crack slightly when speaking about his mother. It’s still so raw, and I think added to that… his mother has been on his mind so much in recent years. He believes his mum would be proud of him for getting away and protecting his wife and children from the establishment, the same establishment which tried to crush Diana’s spirit. And I agree with him, Diana would be proud. Speaking of all of that, Robert Lacey told Newsweek that his sources claim that Harry wouldn’t mind reconciling with William but Meghan refuses. Mm-hm, I’m sure that’s William’s narrative.
Out of the three royals it is Prince Harry who is most ready to admit fault, Robert Lacey said. He told Newsweek: “What’s interesting is that on one side we’ve got William who doesn’t seem prepared to concede anything and on the other side friends have told me that Harry wouldn’t mind reconciling and then it’s Meghan who is sticking to her guns on this issue.”
“It should surely be possible,” he continued, “for both sides to say the past is in the past. It’s very regrettable that Meghan doesn’t withdraw just a little. Why can’t she say it was the pressure? ‘I was getting used to this incredibly complicated system, I was just pregnant, I couldn’t sleep. I was wandering about all night firing off emails. Perhaps in retrospect I went over the top about it.’”
Yeah, I think it’s clear that William and his people went to Robert Lacey and this is the official line from Team Baldingham. They’re like: William will NEVER concede anything which makes him regal but Harry must capitulate and Meghan must take the blame for everything! And it’s all so f–king bonkers especially considering that Meghan is just minding her own business with her two babies in Montecito.
