Beyonce is so grateful for your birthday wishes, she did a cartwheel

Beyoncé celebrated her birthday on September 4th, and members of the Beyhive took to social media to bombard her with birthday wishes. She may be a worldwide star, but she does read your messages and she was so thankful for them, she posted a picture of herself doing a cartwheel (back walkover?) on her Instagram page to show her appreciation. I guess that’s nice? Happy belated b-day, Bey. Follow us on Twitter | Facebook

Here’s Kristen Stewart with her girlfriend

Made you look, didn’t I? Kristen Stewart headed back to LA last week, where she was reunited with her lesbian lover good friend Alicia Cargile. The pair ran some errands together over the course of a few days and were generally a fine couple. I’m sorta taking the piss here, but COME ON. I’ve been saying KStew likes a bit of muff diving since she was about 12. She oozes gay essence and I absolutely love it. Look at these two! Here’s another photo of the two together: Sigh. What a beautiful sight, lolz. Follow us on Twitter | Facebook

Robert Pattinson’s sister auditioned for ‘The X Factor’

The X Factor is still going in the UK (and it’s actually addictively watchable, unlike the US version that thankfully got shut down) and since we just kicked off about two weeks ago, we’re still in the audition phase of the process. On last night’s episode, a girl named Lizzy Pattinson sang for the judges and was actually pretty good. She hasn’t got some big belting voice, but she does have a lovely tone and kind of reminds me of the wonderful (and really sweet) Lissie, so I was a fan. Turns out, Lizzy is actually Robert Pattinson‘s sister! What do you think of Lizzy? She did get through to boot camp, but who knows if she’ll make it any further? Robert is a bit of a closet music maker himself, so it must run in the family. Follow us on Twitter | Facebook

Miley Cyrus goes nearly naked to New York Fashion Week

All the stars head out to New York Fashion Week, but Miley Cyrus has a particular reason to be there: she’s unveiling her Dirty Hippie collection which she created with Jeremy Scott. Perhaps unsurprisingly, it’s fucking hideous. Like, really hideous: See what I mean? Let’s head behind the cut to see Miley a) topless with pasties at Alexander Wang’s NYFW party and b) Miley with her full tits out (as per) in V Magazine. Follow us on Twitter | Facebook

Kim Kardashian took a selfie in the middle of her ice bucket challenge

Somehow, Ellen DeGeneres managed to convince Kim Kardashian to do the ice bucket challenge, but of course it couldn’t be done without Kim being Kim. That’s right: she took a selfie while doing the challenge on national TV. Frankly, I kinda thought the ice bucket challenge had died down now, but I guess not… I don’t think Kim posted this to her Instagram page, so maybe it’s another one for her upcoming selfie book? Ugh, whatever. If you want to see Kim get ice water poured over her head, you’ll have to tune into Ellen’s show today. For now, here’s a preview: Follow us on Twitter | Facebook

CeeLo Green Losing Gigs Thanks To Rape Tweets

CeeLo Green is in a world of trouble after his stupid, insensitive tweets about rape. Though he deleted his tweets, he can’t delete peoples’ memories, and it’s causing him gigs. TMZ is reporting that the Gretna festival is dropping his ass: A Louisiana music festival says CeeLo Green no longer fits the concert’s “wholesome family environment” … so he’s been axed from headlining the event. Organizers for the Gretna Heritage Festival released a statement saying Joan Jett and the Blackhearts will replace him in Sunday night’s lineup. There was no further explanation about why CeeLo was dropped. I don’t think we need further explanation, I think it’s clear why he was dropped. And that’s not the only gig he’s lost. From Seattle Pi: TBS announced Wednesday it had decided earlier this summer against renewing Green’s reality show, “The Good Life,” for a second season. The Navy also canceled a Green performance. I guess they saw him drivin’ ’round town and shouted, “FUCK YOUUUUUUUU.” I say, good riddance. He should be held accountable for his tweets, and I think it’s great people are taking action. Bums me out. I used to be a fan. To the extent that anyone can really be a fan of CeeLo Green — I’ve never met a diehard CeeLo fan. Ain’t that some shit? Follow us on Twitter | Facebook

Leaked Nudes To Become “Art”

Jennifer Lawrence was one of the celebs caught in the leaked nudes disaster and unfortunately for her and the others (like Kate Upton and Kirsten Dunst) the photos aren’t going away anytime soon — in fact, they’re going to be featured as “art”. From E!: Despite plenty of outrage from the public, Cory Allen Contemporary Art and artist XVALA are proceeding with their upcoming art show, “No Delete,” which will feature provocative images of the A-list stars. “The artist sees these images as art,” Cory Allen explained to E! News. “[They are] a representation of someone or something that has a different meaning for everyone. Transforming those images to canvas presents them in a different light. It makes them real.” Last week, CACA announced the leaked images will be life-size, unaltered and printed on canvases. The “art” will be held at a showroom in Saint Petersburg, Fla. Despite several stars threatening legal action against anyone who posts the photos, Allen says what they’re doing doesn’t deserve legal ramifications. “Our goal was not to do anything illegal. It was for XVALA to create art; to follow through with his vision for this project and for me to promote it,” Allen explained to E! News. “We have not been contacted by anyone.” Okay, a few things. First, this reminds me of something Andy Warhol would do, although he’d definitely alter the images with his famous brightly colored silk screening technique. Secondly, I’m all for “art”, but I think this needs to die. What happened to these women was basically a sex crime. Their private photos were leaked, and it doesn’t matter how it happened — what matters is that it happened and it was a terrible invasion of privacy, and it should stop. Thirdly, this seems like a really lame excuse for art. But those are just my opinions. What do you guys think? Would you see the exhibit? When it comes to art, is anything up for grabs?
