Katy Perry is planning to get back at Taylor Swift during her Super Bowl halftime performance

Sure, it’s one of the most ridiculous feuds in Hollywood, but Taylor Swift and Katy Perry – who used to be quite good friends, it should be noted – really can’t stand each other now. Katy apparently tried to ‘sabotage’ Taylor’s last stadium tour, leading Taylor to write ‘Bad Blood’ about backstabbing Katy, which led to Katy calling Taylor a “Regina George in sheep’s clothing” on Twitter, yada yada. But enough of the small potatoes. It’s time to bring out the big guns. Specifically, Katy apparently plans to “get back” at Taylor during her performance on the Super Bowl halftime show. Never mind that Taylor already (allegedly) planned to ruin the performance – Katy will get the last laugh! “Katy is in complete rehearsal mode for her Super Bowl performance, she wants to make it feel like a complete party and something that will be remembered forever,” a source tells HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY. “She wants to make a statement with her performance and show that she is the biggest female act in the world and she wants to show that to everyone including Taylor, who she has a feud with. In Katy’s eyes, no one can compete on her level,” our source continues. “Katy will be doing something on stage during her performance that will be directed towards Taylor. She is working on it to be a visual or a lyric related jab,” our insider says. Wow… please, calm down, Katy. I don’t know how Taylor will survive a “visual or lyric related jab”! Also, look – I love KP, and y’all know that. I also love Taylor Swift equally. But if I had to choose who was the “biggest female act in the world” out of the two of them, I don’t think Katy would win the title, to be honest. Pretty much everyone knows that before Katy Perry was singing about getting bi-curious when she’s drunk, she was a Christian singer trying to make it in the religious music world. It was kind of a hot mess, and now a cameraman wants you to see just how much of a mess it was, since he found and released some new footage from her first tour as a Christian artist when she was just a teenager. Funny enough, it doesn’t seem like Katy has actually changed all that much since 2001. She looks pretty much exactly the same, although her skin has obviously lost the teenage acne sheen we are all familiar with. Katy Perry’s wax figure is headed to London

There are exactly six Katy Perry wax figures in the world today, spread out around the world from the US to Asia and beyond. I took a picture with one in Las Vegas! Well, one of those wax Katys (Katies?) is headed to London now for a special candy-themed Easter exhibition at the city’s Madame Tussauds museum. Here’s what a Madame Tussauds spokesperson had to say: “Katy’s amazing wax figure is paying us a visit from Madame Tussauds Sydney, and as it’s Easter we thought we’d pay tribute to some of the singer’s famous confectionary-themed performances.” Nice! I’m due to be seeing her next month and it’ll probably be pretty excellent – especially after seeing the giant inflatable taco labeled “Katy’s taco” that she put on Instagram. She’s so over-the-top with shit like that, and I love it. Side note: For anyone who’s been to a Madame Tussauds anywhere before, isn’t it freaky as hell how SMALL most of these celebs are? Katy Perry on Miley Cyrus Kiss: ‘I Don’t Know Where That Tongue’s Been!’

I think we all remember that REALLY awkward Miley Cyrus/Katy Perry kiss from Miley’s Bangerz show a couple of weeks ago, right? It was the least sexy, most awful thing burned into my retinas – and the retinas of everyone who saw it – in a long time. Miley went in for a kiss, Katy gave her a little peck back, then Miley tried to slip her some tongue and Katy was like, NAH, I’M GOOD and pulled away. So what happened there? You know, besides revulsion on Katy’s part. As Katy revealed on Australia’s Sunrise: “I just walked up to her to give her like a friendly girly kiss, you know, as girls do, and then she like tried to move her head and go deeper and I pulled away. “God knows where that tongue has been. We don’t know! That tongue is so infamous!” LOL, Miley won’t take too kindly to that. Also, is a “girly kiss” seriously something girls do? Like, on the lips? I have never, EVER done that with a friend. Basically, if I’m kissing you on the lips, I’m definitely trying to be more than friends. Weird. Can’t wait to see how Miley retaliates – no doubt she’ll have something defensive/smartass to say in response. Just as an aside, I’m loving Katy’s hair lately. Lookin’ good, girl!
