David S. Pumpkins Sketch Gets Animated Halloween Special

Saturday Night Live‘s David S. Pumpkins — the bizarre Tom Hanks character that went viral last year — is returning to NBC for a Halloween-themed animated half-hour special. Set for Saturday, October 28 at 11:30 PM ET/PT, The David S. Pumpkins Halloween Special is based on the popular “Haunted Elevator” sketch from the October 22, 2016 SNL episode. The sketch featured a pumpkin-suited Hanks as mystery man David S. Pumpkins, on an elevator with two skeleton-dressed dancers played by Mikey Day and Bobby Moynihan. For the upcoming animated special, Hanks will be joined by the original cast as well as Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage, 48. The story will apparently follow David Pumpkins and his two skeletons sidekicks as they show some suburban children the true meaning of Halloween. ‘It’s scary how quickly the original SNL sketch caught on, and we’re thrilled that Tom Hanks is back to keep the fun going,’ said NBC executive George Cheeks. In addition to being a hit on television, the skit also garnered more than 8.5 million hits on YouTube. The post David S. 50 Cent says Trump offered him 500K to support election bid

Rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has claimed that Donald Trump’s presidential campaign offered him half a million dollars to support him during the election. In an interview with New York radio station Hot 97, Jackson said that during Trump’s campaign, he was offered $500,000 in what the rapper claimed was an effort to reach out to black voters. “I was like, nah, that’s not good money,” the rapper said on the program. “Yeah I’m not gonna do that … that’s not worth it.” The rapper, who was promoting “Power,” his television show on Starz, also called Trump’s election an “accident.” “If you were president by accident, you might do some of the things Donald Trump is doing,” 50 Cent said. “I think he was [campaigning] to build his profile for a bigger deal on television, and everything else.” The rapper continued: “I don’t think anything has divided people as fast” as Trump has. The White House redirected a request for comment about the allegation to the Trump campaign, which didn’t immediately respond. Lifting the lid on gambling celebs

There have always been very close links between the worlds of celebrity and gambling. After all, it just seems like the two feed off each other with the heady combination of money, glamour and risk-taking. Probably the era that started it all off was the Las Vegas of the Rat Pack days followed by the swinging sixties in London when celebs started rubbing shoulders with high society in the capital’s exclusive casinos. And it’s not just actors who are drawn into the gaming, there are plenty celebrities from the worlds of sport and music too as this list demonstrates. Tiger Woods He may be the most successful golfer of all time having won millions of dollars in prize money and probably even more in sponsorship deals but that hasn’t stopped him from developing a serious interest in gambling too. His favoured games are said to be poker and blackjack and rumour has it that in the past he’s thought nothing of betting $25,000 on a single hand. So the nerves of steel he’s developed on the putting green seem to have set him up for the casino too. Michael Phelps The competitive urge that drove Phelps on to be the most successful Olympic swimmer of all time once seemed to have been transferred to the gaming tables too. His stated attitude has always been “don’t quit till you win” and, following this philosophy, he was once reputed to have played solidly in a Baltimore casino for 8 hours straight. He’s since scaled back his gambling activities and concentrated on other feats of endurance like trying to out-swim a shark. Jennifer Tilly Actress Jennifer Tilly is one celeb who really has made a success of turning to the tables to earn a living. To date her lifetime earnings from poker are thought to be approaching $1 million and as long ago as 2005 she won a coveted bracelet in the World Series of Poker by emerging victorious in the Ladies’ No Limit Texas Hold’em event. She’s also a regular at tournaments all round the world and is even in a relationship with poker pro Phil Laak. Ben Affleck Winner of the California State Poker Championship in 2004, Affleck went on to hone his skills at blackjack too. In fact he became so adept at card counting that in 2014 one Las Vegas Casino banned him from entering there ever again. Since then he’s adopted a distinctly lower profile – maybe he’s taking advantage of some of the generous promotions that online casinos are offering these days and playing online instead. Sean Connery For many people the quintessential James Bond, Connery is also a man in whom fiction and reality meet. As well as being a frequent visitor to casinos in the films in 1963 he was spending a little of his leisure time playing roulette in an Italian casino. In an almost impossible sequence of events he bet on the single number 17 three times in a row – and each time it came up winning him an unbelievable 17 million lire in just one night. Ellen Pompeo’s Art filled Hill’s home gets listed

Ellen Pompeo and Chris Ivery would like to lighten their by-any-standard considerable residential real estate load and listed a dynamic 1950s architectural perched high and, hence, privately above a pin-drop quiet canyon street in the Cahuenga Pass area of the Hollywood Hills at $1,995,000. The two-story residence, a boldly angular, tree-house inspired assemblage of vast glass panels and white stucco volumes prudently grounded atop a sturdy flagstone plinth, is configured with three bedrooms and two bathrooms in 1,889-square-feet.  And the pool looks like something out of the flintstones! Kylie Jenner is Pregnant

So with the shitty ratings of Kylie Jenner’s show and the family’s slow demise as people are finally losing interest, a new marketing strategy had to be taken to do whatever they can to generate some noise, some buzz, some scandal. They’ve done the sex tapes, the other nonsense over the years, so why not use the pawn who isn’t really earning, who is ghetto as fuck, who is lost possibly due to the plastic surgery, “where did Kylie Go”…she’s the obvious choice for unwanted / wanted / marketing pregnancy. Gross people doing gross things…breeding instead of suicide. What a fail… The post Kylie Jenner is Pregnant appeared first on Today's Evil Beet Gossip.

High School lets students where costumes for their ID… Greatness ensues

The senior class at the North Farmington High School in Farmington Hills, Michigan starts the year off right with a quirky tradition; they’re encouraged to dress up in costume for their school ID photos. The class of 2018 had such a wide variety of great alter egos I felt compelled to share the buffet of fun with you. I can’t even with the Monica Gellar in Barbados!
