I am 90% sure this photo is altered, but even so..it appears that the pressure of being one of the most drooled over tween pop stars is taking its toll on one member of One Direction.
The rumor is Zayne Malik is suffering from an eating disorder. And when this picture of him popped up this weekend, the 1D fans went bananas.
Today I heard this ridiculously lame morning radio show host say that he didn’t think boys ever suffered from eating disorders. Of course they do. Anyone can. It’s a control issue. And since this kid has absolutely no control over the overwhelming international phenomenon that is One Direction, it makes sense.
It was really just a matter of time before one of the boys imploded anyway. Think Back Street Boys and New Kids On The Block. Historically its with drugs or booze, but this might even be worse.
