Sharon Osbourne on outing herself as a racist: ‘they destroyed my credibility’

As Hecate reported last week, Sharon Osbourne has a new documentary out called Sharon Osbourne: To Hell & Back. It’s on Fox Nation and none of us is going to watch it but we might report on secondary coverage, as predictable as it is. It seems to be about Sharon making herself out to be the victim after she outed herself as a racist on The Talk, refused to take accountability or listen and got fired for it. She’s since moved back to England and is working over there continuing to be racist. Yahoo has an interview with Sharon ahead of her documentary and she has predictably learned nothing and is trying to cash in on it.

Osbourne gets real with Yahoo Entertainment about being cut from the Emmy-winning CBS daytime talk show after 11 seasons amid a racism controversy, and says she’ll probably never work again in the U.S. after being what she deems “canceled.” She and husband Ozzy recently announced they’re moving back to their native England.

“I was thinking to myself: This is gonna be it,” she recalls of her March 2021 firing. “Over 50 years working in this industry and this is going to be it. This is it. I’m gonna go out as a racist? I found it so heartbreaking. And it was like: Why, why did this happen? Why?”

She tells us all she has left is her truth having lost her job and credibility when CBS’s internal investigation determined her behavior “did not align with [company] values.”

“Let’s be truthful about this: They destroyed my credibility in America,” she says. “Let’s be really truthful. It’s like: I have nothing to be afraid of. Their allegations were wrong and were twisted and distorted.”

Osbourne, who says she wasn’t repentant enough for the network, continues, “We weren’t dealing with a company that runs, you know, religious programming. This company is like every other — ruthless — and will do whatever they have to do to not have any stain on their network. They [don’t want] anything that’s going to rock the boat…”

Asked if she considered suing CBS, she tells us, “Sure I could have. But do I want to waste two, three years of my life on them? No, I don’t want to do that. For what?” She also scoffs as reports she left the network with a payout. She says she got “nothing … a ‘see ya.’ It was like in the movies when people get let go [and] you take out your box full of stuff. That was it.”

Sharon also told Yahoo! that she’ll never make up with Sheryl Underwood because she’s “not a friend”. She won’t talk to Leah Remini either, who revealed that Sharon used a homophobic slur against Sara Gilbert and a racist slur about Julie Chen, because Remini is “cray cray” and she’s scared of her.

I don’t believe that Sharon didn’t get a payout as she claimed to Yahoo. Page Six reported that her payout was between $5 to $10 million so I would guess she at least received her salary for the rest of the year. Plus how is she facing consequences when she went back to England and got another job as panelist so quickly? I hope she’s right that she’ll never work in the US again. Good riddance.

Sharon Osbourne wants Prince Harry to leave his wife and move back to England

Sharon Osbourne covered Queen Elizabeth II funeral for England’s version of The Talk, on which she is a panelist. I didn’t realize that Sharon was employed again. She and husband Ozzy moved back to England supposedly because they didn’t like the violence in America, which is a perfectly valid reason to leave. But I think they actually moved back because Sharon keeps getting asked to leave her jobs after she shoots her mouth off. But as Oya predicted, she had no trouble getting hired in Ol’ Blighty. And at the same show that fired her. For those who forgot, Sharon was fired for racist comments and then wouldn’t shut up when everyone said, ‘hey, could you stop being racist?’ So back to the funeral…

Sharon was glued to the television the whole day. We’re supposed to be impressed with that, but she was getting paid for it so, I’m not. She loved it, too. The corgis and Emma the pony made her cry. You know who else made her cry? Prince Harry. Being back in England where he belongs. Beside his brother and father. That’s what she said, shouting all those names she left out. The problem is, no one asked her.

Sharon Osbourne was glued to the screen for Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral.

The Osbournes matriarch, who was in England for the country’s historic event, tells Yahoo Entertainment she got emotional watching the funeral and processions. Seeing Prince Harry back in England for it left her affected as well.

“It was a magnificent funeral, wasn’t it?” Osbourne says of Monday’s final farewell.

And while it was grand — and people lined the streets to catch a glimpse of the procession — the small, thoughtful details, like the queens’s corgis and horse waiting for her casket at Windsor Castle made for tear-jerking moments. “Oh, God was it ever,” she agreed.

Osbourne — who gave commentary to Fox News during the funeral broadcast, one of several gigs she’s juggling in addition to being the topic of new Fox Nation documentary out next week — says seeing Prince Harry and Meghan Markle back with the royal family for the funeral and for the events leading up to it made her emotional too, but in a different way.

“I felt really, really sad for Harry when he came back,” she admits. “And I felt sad, sad for the country because it’s — it’s where he belongs. To see him walking with his father and his brother, I just felt very, very sad.”

Though she’s hopeful the face-time between the royals — estranged since Harry and Meghan stepped down as senior royals, alleging they were mistreated by “the firm,” and moved to California — could lead to a reconciliation.

“I think it would be amazing,” she says. “I think it would be amazing for him and his father and brother. They’re family. They need to be together.”

None of us are shocked by Sharon’s glaring omission of Duchess Meghan or Prince Archie and Princess Lili in who Harry needs by his side. Sharon’s racist petticoat is always showing under her skirt. This pitying Harry angle is new, but I guess in keeping with the whole mourning vibe of the funeral. Maybe she and buddy Piers Morgan called each other and decided who got which terrible talking points.

There were many reasons to feel sad for Harry and Meghan, but none of them were provided by Sharon. You’d think someone whose own family acknowledges it’s best to stay the f**k away from each other would get this. But no one is ever going to accuse Sharon of being perceptive. I guess those who want to see Sharon’s ignorance in full force will get their chance on Monday when her Fox Nation documentary airs. It’s called Sharon Osbourne: To Hell & Back. It’s where she belongs.

Plastic Surgery Sharon Osbourne

Sharon Osbourne’s fifth facelift was botched and painful, what a shame

This story came out a few days ago but I still wanted to talk about it. First of all, Sharon Osbourne is a terrible f-ing person on so many levels. Just know that I would have sympathy for someone who got a botched face lift if they were not a mean racist a-hole like Sharon. It happened to her though, so *shrug emoji* In case you’re not familiar with Sharon she was a textbook case in Karen victimhood when she was on The Talk. She talked over her Black colleagues when they tried to speak to her gently about racism, cried white tearscried white tears and was eventually fired, earning lotto money for being a POS. She’s done many other terrible things in her support of BFF Piers Morgan’s racist incel targeting of Duchess Meghan and she’s continued to play the victimfor years. So when she says that her most recent facelift in October, I believe it was her fifth because I remember covering her fourth one, was badly botched and left her looking like cyclops – I’m not going to revel in her pain but I won’t feel bad for her either. She had complications from the fourth one.

Sharon Osbourne revealed she had a face lift last fall, but plastic surgery didn’t leave her feeling like she found the fountain of youth.

“I had a full facelift done in October and I looked like one of those f–king mummies that they wrap [with bandages],” Osbourne, 69, told London’s The Sunday Times… “It hurt like hell. You have no idea.”

“I’m telling you, it was horrendous. [To the surgeon] I’m, like, ‘You’ve got to be f–king joking.’ One eye was different to the other. I looked like a f–king Cyclops. I’m, like, ‘All I need is a hunchback.’”

She added that Ozzy Osbourne, who she married in 1982, confirmed it didn’t look good. “He said, ‘I don’t care how much it costs, we’ll get it redone,’” she recalled.

However, Sharon — who shares children Aimee, 38, Kelly, 37, and Jack, 36, with Ozzy — said her face is “settling now,” and she likes her new look.

[From US Magazine]

Is there a number of facelifts one should stop at? I’m thinking two is about right. Like you get your first one, you let it settle for a decade or more and then you get another one as a refresher at some point. Three is too many and four or five are courting disaster. If the first or second facelift is botched though, you may need multiple surgeries to correct it. I’m not going to age too gracefully, I’m fighting it and I may get a lift or injectables at some point. If I do this I hope I know when to call it, even if the results are a bit wonky. Sharon’s life is characterized by so many poor decisions showing she doesn’t know when to call it though, the main one being her marriage to Ozzy.

Unfortunately Ozzy has covid now. He got vaccinated for the first time in February, 2021, so I would assume he’s fully vaxxed and hope he’s had at least one booster. Sharon revealed Ozzy’s diagnosis on The Talk UK, where she’s now working. Tell me again about cancel culture for unapologetic racists who refuse to learn.

I’m only posting this because it shows her in motion and it’s captioned so you don’t have to listen to it. In motion she looks like that Madame puppet.

Ozzy Osbourne and Sharon’s ‘wild, insane’ love story is getting a biopic

avalon-0522058533

Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne are still together despite Ozzy cheating on Sharon as recently as 2016. Sharon has said that Ozzy has cheated with a total of six women over their nearly 40 year marriage, which seems low especially considering that it includes two women who were nannies to their children. More importantly Ozzy has been incredibly abusive to Sharon and, in the documentary about his life aired last year on A&E, described calmly deciding to kill her in 1989. Sharon pushed a panic button while Ozzy was choking her, summoning the police. She declined to press charges.

Jack and Aimee Osbourne’s production company, Osbourne Media, is now working on a biopic based on Sharon and Ozzy’s life, and in collaboration with their parents. Sharon issued a statement about it. I would imagine she has a lot of free time after she got kicked off The Talk for being a racist bitch.

The lives and epic love story of rocker Ozzy Osbourne and manager and personality Sharon Osbourne will be the subject of an upcoming feature film.

The untitled project comes from Polygram Entertainment, and will follow a biopic format centering on their decades-long bond — one that exploded to the heights of pop culture with the flagship MTV reality series “The Osbournes.” Oscar nominee Lee Hall (“Billy Elliot”) is scripting the project.

“Our relationship at times was often wild, insane and dangerous but it was our undying love that kept us together,” said Sharon Osbourne. “We’re thrilled to partner with Sony Pictures and Polygram to bring our story to the screen.”

Sharon and her kids Jack Osbourne and Aimée Osbourne are producing via their label Osbourne Media, with Michele Anthony and David Blackman on behalf of Polygram Entertainment. Andrea Giannetti is overseeing development for Sony.

Music will obviously play a large role in the film, and will feature tracks from Ozzy’s band Black Sabbath as well as work from his solo career.

Hall’s writing credits include “Rocketman” starring Taron Egerton, Steven Spielberg’s “War Horse,” Stephen Frears’ “Victoria & Abdul,” and “Billy Elliot,” which earned him an Oscar nod for best original screenplay.

[From Variety]

This makes me sad for a couple of reasons. One is that I don’t think these terrible people deserve a movie about their toxic relationship. Sharon continues to show us what kind of person she is and Ozzy is just as bad we just don’t focus on him as much. The other is that it’s being written by Lee Hall, who’s behind the incredibly moving and beautiful film Rocket Man. Elton John deserved that dreamy look into how he overcame his demons and became a legend; Sharon and Ozzy do not rate a movie on that level. (Also Rocket Man got shut out of the Oscars! Taron Edgerton needed a best actor nomination and it should have been nominated for best film, but I digress.) I hope this movie falls through somehow, but the Ozzy documentary was popular, there are big names involved, and there’s still interest in Sharon and Ozzy’s story.

Chloe Grace Moretz Stands By Comments on Kim Kardashian’s Nude Selfie

Back in March, Kim Kardashian got everyone gabbing about a nude selfie she posted on Instagram.

Now, we’ve seen Kim naked on many occasions, but something about this particular selfie generated a larger conversation among celebs and fans alike.

Chloe Grace Moretz 2016

While Bette Midler and Piers Morgan made jokes about the selfie queen’s post, Chloe Grace Moretz brought up a more serious point.

“@KimKardashian I truly hope you realize how important setting goals are for young women, teaching them we have so much more to offer than just our bodies,” the 19-year-old tweeted.

Kardashian didn’t take kindly to the criticism and shot back with some shade.

“Let’s all welcome @ChloeGMoretz to twitter, since no one knows who she is,” wrote Kim. “Your Nylon cover is cute boo.”

Now, Moretz addresses her response in an interview with Glamour magazine.

“I was at dinner with my family [when] I got the notification [on my phone],” she told the publication.

“I look at it and I go, ‘Oh my God. She responded,'” Moretz remembered.

“My mom took the most offense to it because it was girl-on-girl hate and Kim didn’t come back with an educated response on body confidence,” she continued.

“It was aggressive, and also it was incorrect.”

“I don’t have 45 million followers or a TV show that follows my life, but people know who I am,” she added. “I pride myself on having opinions, and I don’t express them in snarky ways toward people.”

After Moretz’s tweet, Kardashian wrote an lengthy essay defending herself and denouncing critics who spoke out against her nude selfie for what she believed was slut-shaming.

“I am empowered by my body. I am empowered by my sexuality,” wrote the reality TV star, adding, “It’s 2016. The body-shaming and slut-shaming—it’s like, enough is enough.”

Moretz, however, didn’t buy Kardashian’s thinly veiled attempt to pass off an attention grab as a statement on female empowerment.

“That picture wasn’t linked to body confidence. It wasn’t a #BodyConfidence or #LoveWhoYouAre,” she said. “It was done in a slightly voyeuristic light, which I felt was a little inappropriate for young women to see.”

“I would hate for young women to feel they need to post certain photos in order to gain likes, retweets, favorites, and male attention,” added the actress.

“I wasn’t slut shaming. It’s not about body shaming.”

You know what? We believe her.

WTF? Sharon Osbourne LIED About Her Vaginoplasty

Sharon+Osbourne

Sharon Osbourne went on Graham Norton’s show and talked in detail about her vaginoplasty. Turns out, it was all lies. She was just being “flippant.” She went on Howard Stern‘s show and told the real truth. TMZ posted the recording. Here’s some highlights:

SHARON OSBOURNE: He [Graham Norton] asked me, ‘What cosmetic surgery have you had?’ I said, ‘Oh I’ve had my vagina tightened’ — a flippant, stupid thing to be silly.

HOWARD STERN: But it was true?

OSBOURNE: NO!

STERN: […] You’re saying you fabricated the whole thing? … Swear on your children’s lives that you made it up.

OSBOURNE: I swear on my children’s lives I made it up just to be flippant.

What in the ever-loving hell? Why would you make that up? Stern accused her of trying to take it back, saying that it was actually the truth and now she’s saying it’s a lie because she’s embarrassed. Osbourne responded with, “I’m NEVER embarrassed.”

Let’s hope she leaves this out of her children’s book.

Sharon Osbourne Is Writing a Disney Children’s Book

sharon osbourne

When you think of fairy princesses and dashing white knights, the last person you usually think of is Sharon Osbourne. However, I’ve got some news for you: she’s working on a Disney children’s book. Like, for kids. The folks at Disney Publishing Worldwide and Parragon Books have signed a deal with Mrs. O to write Jake and the Never Land Pirates: Mama Hook Knows Best.

Apparently there’s a TV series at the moment called Jake and the Never Land Pirates in which Sharon voices Jake’s mother, so this book will be in line with that series. Who knew? Here’s her statement on the project:

“I have such a wonderful time playing Mama Hook on Jake and the Never Land Pirates.

“To be able to take that role to the book world and share Mama Hook’s stories with families around the world is an honor. I hope kids enjoy reading Mama Hook’s pirate tales and continue to fall in love with her, just as I have.”

Fair enough.

I suppose Sharon “Fuck off, The View” Osbourne isn’t your #1 candidate for kid-friendly material, but who knows, it’ll probably be good.
