
On her favorite type of exercise:
“I feel like dancing is the best workout you can get because you’re working out muscles that you can’t necessarily get just lifting weights because they’re the little, tiny muscles that are all internal and it’s that deepest layer of muscle that we have that dancing really gets.”
On her cardio workouts:
“To get my cardio in I’ll do a lot of twists to get my obliques going and my heart rate up and then a lot of cha-cha moves because that’s all about your core, pulling down your lats, squeezing your obliques, and rotating but then your butt is super tight and you’re squeezing that and you’re getting your legs super close together and then straightening them. And on top of that your arms are super stretched out.”
