I had a gossip sixth-sense that we were going to hear about Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher’s baby this week. And as it turns out, they managed to welcome their baby on Tuesday and no one found out about it until last night. As widely predicted, Mila and Ashton welcomed a little girl and all is well in the Kunis-Kutcher family:
Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are parents! The couple welcomed their first child, a daughter, on Tuesday, Sept. 30, PEOPLE confirms.
“She’s here and healthy,” a source tells PEOPLE.
Kunis, 31, and Kutcher, 36, have had an eventful year. In February, their engagement was confirmed, followed by their baby news in March. Soon after, Kunis told Ellen DeGeneres that she was planning on an epidural-free birth. “The hospital that I’m going to be laboring in does a midwife, you know, doula type of thing,” she said.
“I’m going to do it as all natural as I possibly can unless there’s an emergency or something that should go wrong. I did this to myself, I might as well just do it right. I wanted this!”
The former That ’70s Show costars, who were first rumored to be dating in April 2012, have been happily preparing for their baby girl’s arrival, with Kunis attending prenatal Pilates and yoga throughout her pregnancy and Kutcher doting on her.
I’m surprised People Magazine didn’t drop some quotes in there about Ashton “not judging” Mila’s pregnant body. Anyway, we still don’t know the name. My guess is that it will be something normal-ish, not too mainstream but not too bizarre. I’m also hoping that they confirm the baby name on social media. What’s the over/under on the theory that Mila and Ashton would sell their baby’s photos to People? I doubt it, I think a social media debut is far more likely.
