Jason Yaselli So this Beverly Hills realtor named Jason Emil Yaselli, all of 32 this guy is, and he’s been running this robbery scam on unsuspecting clients for a few years now. He hosts open houses for the home owners and then has his accomplice, Benjamin Ackerman, come tour the place and steal shit and leave. According to TMZ, of the 14 homes they’re accused of doing this in, at least 4 of them were celebrity clients. Usher, Adam Lambert, former football star Shaun Phillips and “Real Housewives” star Dorit Kemsley. They committed the crimes from December 2016 to August 2018. Over that period, Ackerman is apparently making monthly payments on Yaselli’s credit card bill between $5,566 and $20,000. Just so crazy. Who does that? lol.
