Jason Alexander honored at the Lupus LA 13th Annual Orange Ball Gala
Bob Saget, Dr. Jay Schapira and Jason Alexander were among the guests that attended the 13th Annual Lupus LA Orange Ball. Saget hosted the event that was chaired by Lauren Shuler Donner and Richard Donner, which raised near half a million dollars for the cause! Alexander received the prestigious Loop Award for his work to improve the lives of those living with lupus through medical research, advocacy and increasing awareness.
Grammy Award-winning singer Toni Braxton sung “Un-Break My Heart” to her cardiologists and Dr. Jay Schapira, who was honored with the Daniel J. Wallace Founder’s Award at the 13th Annual Lupus Orange Ball. Dr. Stanley J. Naides of Quest Diagnostics was awarded the Medical Visionary Award at the event.
