Malin Akerman, Maria Shriver celebrate “Half the Sky Movement: The Game”
Pregnant actress Malin Akerman poses with Maria Shriver at an intimate pre-launch event in Los Angeles in celebration of Half the Sky Movement: The Game, which launches on March 4th. Half the Sky Movement: The Game is a game-based adventure that aims to reach mainstream audiences to raise awareness and donations to empower women and girls around the world.
Shriver co-hosted the event and gave remarks alongside Nicholas Kristof, Sheryl WuDunn, Games for Change’s Co-Presidents Asi Burak and Michelle Byrd, Kate Grant of the Tides Foundation, and Erin Ganju of Room to Read.
