It’s hardly been a month since Kate Major and boyfriend Michael Lohan gave birth to their first child together but already she’s back making despicable headlines.
The new mother is reportedly being sued for being a racist and the people who are taking her to court are claiming the 30-year-old committed a hate crime by using racial slurs against their family last year during an argument.
The lawsuit, brought against Major by Juan Jiminez and Rosario Mendoza, was recently filed in Florida. In it, the couple refers back to an incident that took place a year ago on January 14, 2012.
According to 62-year-old Jiminez, Major attacked him and also Mendoza by “hair pulling, punching and throwing” her to the ground. During the fight he says that Major hurled some pretty nasty racial epithets at the group, calling them “spics” and threatening to harm them further, even threatening to “kill them.” Oh did I forget to add that she called one of the women a “Spanish whore”?
The couple is seeking some sort of financial settlement thought the details are unknown right now.
Of course Michael Lohan has come to the defense of his baby mama saying, “This was not a hate crime. You’ll see when the case is done what really happened.”
Yeah okaaaay. Given your past, we’ll believe it when we see it. For some reason I don’t doubt this story at all.
