Vince Vaughn socializing with Donald Trump is freaking people out
I’ve been a groupie of Vince Vaughns for a long time. I wasn’t a fan of Swingers (gasp!) but I’m a sucker for a smart ass over 6 foot and he has that in spades. I’ve known for a long time that he was a republican, but this is really our first confirmation of the alliance. Vaughn was at the NCAA College Football Championship game in New Orleans on Monday night when Florida-based journalist Timothy Burke caught the actor on video chatting with Trump and Melania for about a minute (all told, more like 20 seconds) and shaking hands before returning to his seat. This is causing the same kind of stir that Ellen did when she was seen speaking to Bush at a tennis match. It is NOT the end of the world that Vince Vaughn conversed with Trump at a basketball game. It’s just someone who wants to show respect to the office and doesn’t care if you see it. Liberal political blogger Bill Palmer wrote: ‘Vince Vaughn had the chance to stand up to a rapist, traitor, and child murderer, and instead he enthusiastically shook Donald Trump’s hand.
