Here are some photos of Kim Kardashian and Kanye West out to dinner last night in London. What a shame! Kim is actually wearing a cute ensemble for a change, only no one is looking at her because we’re so focused on Kanye’s chevron fade. I’m not even sure that’s what you call his hairstyle. I like “chevron fade” though. I also like “herringbone fade.” Or maybe an Arrow Fade? You choose! Usually, Kanye just lets his clothes do the talking – I’ve never paid attention to his hair. I guess he wants to be stylin’ head to toe. Sure. But now that I’m really looking… what in the world is up with those pants? Those knee holes look awful.
As for Kim’s ensemble… she ID’d it as “A.W.A.K.E. By Natalia Alaverdian.” It’s really flattering on her. If I was Kim’s stylist (GAH), this is how I would dress her most of the time too – knee-length pencil skirts or tea-length skirts, no crop tops, no skinny jeans, no bandage-wear. This is even a little bit more conservative than my taste – I would have let Kim show off some cleavage considering how covered up she is on the bottom half.
Meanwhile, Kanye spent last Friday at LA Trade Technical College. He lectured the students on inspirations and what the fashion industry is really like. That was actually his fourth trip to the tech college. Those hours count towards his court-ordered community service hours.
Oh, and Kim apparently told The Sun that she would love to be on Downton Abbey. I’m not trying to be an elitist about a glorified soap opera (imagine me sniffing haughtily as I scroll through Goop.com), but do you really think Kim is watching Downton? I doubt it. And I doubt anyone involved with Downton wants anything to do with the Kardashians, but God knows. Maybe Kim could play Cora’s brother’s mistress or something.
