Remember the steamy Cindy Crawford Pepsi commercial from 1991? How could you possibly forget, right?
If my memory serves me correctly, this Pepsi commercial made it’s debut during the Super Bowl, and even now, twenty-two years later, it is still fresh in our minds.
Cindy Crawford was just 25-years old in 1991, and she was on top of the modeling world. The year before she had appeared in George Michaels’ video for “Freedom ’90″ alongside other supermodels which included Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell. During this time Crawford was the host of MTV’s House of Style. Remember that? She got a lot of crap for being a little dense at times, but damn, she always looked good doing it…whatever “it” was.
1991 was also the year that Cindy married Richard Gere. The marriage would last four years.
