Justin Timberlake has released his first new single since 2006 after making a highly anticipated return to music in what he calls a ‘return to his roots’ with this track called Suit and Tie. In the past six years, JT has starred in a series of high grossing films, including the Facebook biopic The Social Network ; created a popular high fashion clothing line called William Rast; did a lot of funny stuff on Saturday Night Live and married his long time girlfriend, Jessica Biel. I’ve been reading that a lot of industry insiders say JT is huge tool…but his talent is actually real and that’s rare in this business so he gets away with it. I wouldn’t have believed it until that whole upstaging the bride in their wedding picture thing….that was kind of douchey. I’ve also heard that the fact the he released this song on the night of the Golden Globes was a d**k move. Seemingly a coincidence to most, some insiders say that it was a well calculated attention getter. Misunderstood or a complete jack-off…either way..the song is not bad and people love him so….here ya go….
You really can’t top a speech that pays tribute to your ailing mother and turns out to be one of the biggest and most public Hollywood ‘coming outs’ EVER. If it was anyone’s night, it was Jodie Foster’s. The legendary actress began trending on Twitter the moment she stepped onto the red carpet in her custom blue Giorgio Armani gown. The speech she gave while accepting the Cecil B. DeMille lifetime achievement award brought her name right back to the top of the list. Confessing that she was “single,” Foster then said she came out a “thousand years ago” and thanked her two sons, former partner and mother. It’s pretty funny, if you look at the Celebrity Smack archive timeline for Charlie Sheen , you’ll notice a pattern … Charlie being a bad boy, Charlie being a good boy (charity of some sort), Chaz being naughty again, Chaz doing some sort of good will. It goes on and on but this time he’s being a good guy. The actor just made a $12k contribution to help pay for a paparazzo’s funeral; the same one that recently passed away while trying to get a photo of Justin Bieber smoking pot in his car. Chris Guerra was a 29-year-old photographer who died New Year’s Day in L.A. after he was run over by a car while shooting pics of Bieber’s car. Apparently, Sheen was buddies with the photog so once he heard that Guerra’s family needed help to pay the funeral expenses, Sheen penned a check for them. Charlie Sheen told TMZ: “A tragic incident like this erases the line between the photographer and the subject. It’s an unforgiving moment that begs us all to be human and work as one to prevent this in the future. As parents, we are all not supposed to bury our children. My deepest condolences to the families involved.” What a sweet, heartfelt gesture. Kudos to you Sheenie weenie! I say that with lots of love.

Timberlake fans will have something to satisfy their thirst in 2013, seven years after Timberlake’s last album, Future Sex/Love Sounds was released. Right on schedule, Thursday, January 10th at 9:01 AM Justin tweeted, “To whom it may concern…I think I’M READY! # JT2013 ” and posted the video below. In it he says: “Someone asked me the other day, ’So, are you just done? With music?’ It means more to me than anybody else in the world,” he says. “Look, I’ve only done two albums in ten years. That’s the way I really look at it: what does the next decade mean for me?” “I’m the one who sits and is obsessive about it before you even get to hear it. As close as I get to it I don’t know that I could physically torture myself that much year in and year out, and expect it to fulfill me the way that it does and is right now. I don’t want to put something out that I don’t love. You just dont get that everyday. You have to wait for it ….
