I believe that Halle is trying to play this one differently, because after everything that went down with Gabriel Aubry, she lost some credibility. She can’t just throw everything she’s got at her ex and expect the public to be on her side immediately. Now, don’t get me wrong, there are still moments of Classic Halle, like when a “source” told People Magazine that Olivier was “emasculated” by Halle’s “beauty and power.” But maybe Halle saw that we were rolling our eyes over that one, so she’s trying a different strategy. Oh, and sources also spoke to People Magazine about this outing too, although this basically sounds like Halle and Olivier called People from the kid’s birthday party:
