Is Kim Kardashian already dating amid divorce rumors?

So ok, the HUGE news broke last night that Kim and Kanye have been living apart (we heard that rumor before) and that they had planned to announce their split last year, but Covid hit and they had to lock down and it just wasn’t a good time.

The next word out there is that Kim has already sought counsel from divorce attorney Laura Wasser. Laura is THE divorce attorney to the stars. (Seriously, her client list includes Johnny Depp, Angelina Jolie (twice), Heidi Klum, Ashton Kutcher, multiple Kardashians, Britney Spears, Ryan Reynolds, Jennifer Garner, Christina Aguilera, Maria Shriver and Gwen Stefani.)

THEN comes a little birdie saying that Kim has ALREADY moved on and has been dating CNN host Van Jones. I have two thoughts on that. First, I feel like Kim is too smart to date another high profile person while trying to maintain the illusion of marriage. On the other hand, he’s super fine and he’s way smart and would really be invested in her prison reform work. And when you take an interest in things a woman is passionate about, you get inside her. (figuratively speaking)

I am 100% here for this. Kanye needs someone else as well. This isn’t all about freeing Kim. She no longer has a calming effect on him. She may even cause him to fall unstable these days. So check back for updates.

John Lennon’s Letter to Ex-Wife for Sale at Auction’s

A letter written by John Lennon to his ex-wife disputing Yoko Ono’s involvement in their divorce is one of two letters up for auction.

Both letters were written by the Beatles legend on Nov. 15, 1976, and both refer to Cynthia Lennon and her relationship with the media. The lot is estimated to be sold for $25,000 at the auction this week.

Lennon and Powell, parents of Julian Lennon, were married in 1962. They divorced in 1968, and his affair with Ono, whom he’d met that same year, was cited as grounds for the split. Powell died in 2015.

One letter, titled “An Open Letter to Cynthia Twist” (which was her married name at the time), was written as a response to an interview she’d given to a magazine. “As you and I well know, our marriage was over long before the advent of L.S.D. or Yoko Ono … and that’s reality!” he wrote. “Your memory is impaired to say the least. Your version of our first L.S.D. trip is rather vague, and you seem to have forgotten subsequent trips altogether!

Lennon also referred to an episode involving mutual friends. “I don’t blame you for wanting to get away from your ‘Beatle’ past,” he concluded. “But if you are serious about it, you should try to avoid talking to and posing for magazines and newspapers! We did have some good years, so dwell on them for a change, and, as [Bob] Dylan says, it was ‘A Simple Twist of Fate’! Love & good luck to the three of you, from the three of us.”

The letter was addressed to the editors of a magazine, with a handwritten introduction. “I would appreciate this letter being printed without any edits,” he wrote. “I think it only fair to me and your readers to present my side of the story. Thank you.”

The firm responsible for the sale, R&R Auction Company LLC, notes that “Lennon’s clever pun at the close of the first letter, ‘A Simple Twist of Fate’ – a takeoff on Bob Dylan’s ode to a lost love – likely inspired his former spouse in her decision to title her forthcoming tell-all memoirs, A Twist of Lennon, which Twist was then publicizing. As Lennon’s official ‘side of the story,’ a public he-said-she-said self defense, these letters represent the unique final chapter in the life of the former Beatle and are thus of the utmost rarity and importance.”

Jane Fonda Divorcing Husband after 8 years

Jane Fonda and Richard Perry are quietly parting ways after eight years together, Page Six has exclusively learned.

The Oscar winner and the music mogul put their Beverly Hills mansion on the market for $13 million last week. A source told us, “they are selling the house because they will live separately — they will still be friends.”

When reached for comment, Perry told us of the breakup with Fonda, “That’s true.” But he added, “we are still very close.”

Perry, 74, said he’s already found another home he likes, but is working out the details. A rep for Fonda had no comment.

Perry was previously married to actress Rebecca Broussard, and Fonda was married three times — to Roger Vadim, Tom Hayden and Ted Turner.

But she and Perry never formally tied the knot.

They reportedly met after Fonda, 79, had knee surgery in 2009 and she explained in a 2012 interview, “When I had my knee replaced… I found a lover… When I moved in with him I was still using crutches… we haven’t been apart since.”

Now the Hollywood pair are selling their Trousdale Estates home for $12.99 million, which they bought in 2012 for $7.3 million. It has four bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms with over 7,100 square feet of interior space, plus its own glass elevator.

Fonda says in a video made to market the home’s sale: “Richard and I must have looked at more than 30 houses, and the day we pulled in through the gate . . . I took one look at the house and I knew.” She adds: “It’s a great house for parties. I had my 75th birthday here. There were about 150 and we could have had another 50.”

The pair previously lived together in a home built in 1942 for Ronald Reagan and Jane Wyman.

Fonda’s won two Oscars and stars in Netflix series “Grace and Frankie.” Perry’s produced hit albums for countless artists including Rod Stewart, Ray Charles, Barbra Streisand, Carly Simon, Tina Turner, Diana Ross, Neil Diamond and Ella Fitzgerald

Lamar Odom: Intervention Staged By Family! NBA Star Peaces Out in a Hurry!

Desperate to help any way that they can, Lamar Odom’s family staged an intervention in New York City Friday night, according to reports.

Suffice it to say, this did not go over well.

In response to the former NBA star’s recent troubling behavior, his family decided to step in and try to get him the help he badly needs.

A source quoted by Us Weekly confirms that the mediation took place on Friday night with several of Odom’s close family members.

Lamar’s longtime partner Liza Morales, the two children she has with Lamar, his aunt JaNean Mercer, and several cousins were involved.

Good for them for stepping up, but … it didn’t take.

“Lamar was doing really bad and his family was going to stage an intervention on Friday,” the insider tells the celebrity news magazine.

According to a separate report from Extra, the retired L.A. Lakers baller “was extremely surprised” by this and quickly “left the location.”

Jennifer Garner & Ben Affleck’s divorce off: ‘a few weeks ago, things changed’

US Magazine has a new article on the sidebar this week letting us know about the state of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner’s relationship, because we really needed another update after the sidebar on the cover of People last week. Every day I wonder how they’re doing, if they’re still a couple, if Ben is off cavorting with random women on yachts in Canada or both because you know those two things are not mutually exclusive. Jen knows it too on some level, but she may have stuffed it deep down where she keeps her knowledge of fashionable shoes because US is reporting the divorce is now off.

In fact, talk of divorce has ceased altogether, sources reveal in the new issue of Us Weekly.

“Jen mentioned that the divorce was going through very soon, and then a few weeks ago, things changed,” says a source close to Garner. “It does not seem to be moving in that direction.”

The Justice League actor, 43, and actress, 44, are cohabiting in their $17.5 million, five-bedroom mansion, albeit in separate bedrooms. Garner revealed in the March issue of Vanity Fair that she sleeps with their oldest daughter, Violet; Affleck bunks in the guest room, according to a close source.

“Jen seems to still be in love with Ben but doesn’t allow her mind to go there,” says the Garner pal. “She just focuses on the kids.”

The man down the hall is also having trouble letting go. “If it was up to Ben,” adds a second insider, “they would be together. He feels like he can’t live without Jen.”

Still, an Affleck source insists lawyers are hammering out the details of their divorce privately. “They were never in a rush to file. This was always the plan…

“They want their kids’ lives to go on as uninterrupted as possible,” says a source.

Some people will say US is making this up, but this is consistent with People’s report last week, and as I usually mention, US had Garner’s side of the divorce along with exclusive details from their relationship and breakup vacation, where Garner figured out Affleck was sleeping with their kids’ nanny. (I would like to get an update from Ouzounian, but I bet she signed an ironclad NDA.) So Affleck wanted to get back with Garner and she’s letting him stick around until the next time he publicly embarrasses her. Maybe she figures if he keeps him on notice he’ll be faithful, at least by outside appearances.

People: Ben Affleck ‘still doesn’t want the divorce & he might get his way’

Forgive me for missing this story when it came out yesterday but in my defense these Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner stories start to run together after a while. It’s like the same story every few days with some minor tweaks. I guess we have to give them credit for sticking to message, which they’re hammering home.

On the Fourth of July Ben Affleck and his maybe not-so-estranged wife, Jennifer Garner, were seen out together at a Fourth of July Parade with three of their children. You can see those photos here at the Daily Mail. The kids are dressed in red, white and blue but Ben is wearing a black t-shirt like he can’t be bothered and Jen is in a white sleeveless shirt with a black jacket over it. How hard is it to find something blue or red to wear on the Fourth of July? Maybe nothing is fitting Ben right.

Just like last week, this week there’s another story in People about how these two are “making it work”. Instead of Jen being “adamant” about divorcing though, it now sounds like she’s given in and that she’s not going to push it.

It’s been just over one year since Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their plans to split and during that time the two have maintained a close relationship – and still haven’t filed divorce papers.

So what’s really going on?

They’re still figuring things out,” a Garner friend tells PEOPLE in this week’s issue. “Ben still doesn’t want the divorce and he might actually get his way.”

While the former couple have downplayed reconciliation rumors over the past year, they have continued living together, going on weekend outings with their kids and even vacationing as a family. This spring, Garner and their three children, Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4, moved to London for several weeks with Affleck, sharing a rented house and sightseeing in Europe while the actor filmed Justice League.

“She had the best time in Europe with Ben and the kids,” says her friend. “She seemed much happier when she returned to L.A. Jen went from being very adamant that a divorce would happen to instead avoiding any divorce talk.”

Jennifer Garner isn’t dating her accountant, which is just too bad

Last week, photos came out of Jennifer Garner out with a handsome tall dark-haired man, which seems like her type judging by her two husbands, who was said to be her accountant. The Daily Mail ran a story trying to cook up a romance between the two, but I didn’t mention it because it seemed like there was nothing there. She looked very happy, but she often looks happy when she’s papped for whatever reason. Plus, it was already established that the guy was her accountant. Maybe he just told her how to save a ton on taxes or something. One simple trick. The US Government hates him!

Star ran the story this week in their current edition and Gossip Cop got a denial. The guy wasn’t her accountant, The Daily Mail got that detail wrong and then Star ran with it, he’s the husband of her manager, who was out with them at the time.

Garner was “spotted with the finance fox outside of office hours on June 4 at SoHo House in Malibu,” writes Star. A so-called “spy” is quoted as saying, “They were with a friend, but Jen didn’t seem to care. She had on the biggest grin, batting her lashes and giggling at all of his jokes. She just melted.”

The magazine even describes Garner as “acting more like a googly-eyed teen” than a mother of three. And what about estranged husband Ben Affleck? “Ben knows he doesn’t have a leg to stand on, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t jealous,” a supposed “pal” claims. “He’s got his eye on this guy.”

Uh, actually, he doesn’t, and he doesn’t need to. There is nothing going on between Garner and the man Star can’t even identify by name. Gossip Cop has exclusively learned that the guy in question is actually the husband of Garner’s longtime manager. What’s more is that he isn’t even the star’s accountant.

Basically, Star took a photo of Garner, ignored the fact that the aforementioned “friend” with her was her manager, and tried to make it look like she was dating someone who is very much married. And that means the Affleck quotes are either made up or from a very misinformed “pal.” In any case, the tabloid couldn’t be more wrong here.

Garner does look kind of thrilled to be out with that guy, you can see why the tabloids would assume there’s something going on. In the photos that Daily Mail ran you couldn’t even see that there was another person with them, although it was mentioned. However I’ve seen other photos of Jennifer Garner out with people, like the one of her with a friend last week (below), and she beams at her female friend like that too. I would love it if Garner dated someone new and pulled a Taylor Swift complete with a pap rollout. That would tell Ben she’s over it. Alas, it’s not to be.

Earlier this week, Radar Online reported that Ben was delaying the divorce because he didn’t want to pony up and part with a large chunk of his fortune. That actually makes sense to me, because it’s got to be complicated and expensive to divide their assets. However GC also got a denial on that one. Their source used some curious wording though. They said “there’s real love and admiration” between them but they’re not planning to reconcile. From all that we’ve seen of their back and forth in the celebrity-friendly press, it sounds like they’re still unsure when and if they’re going to divorce.
