Alyssa Milano had a baby, too!
Scarlett Johansson might be a bigger star, but Alyssa Milano still counts, and she had a baby, too! Last time we saw Alyssa, she was putting us on to some hot ass snack foods (PASTA CHIPS! I’m still looking for you!) and generally being pretty chill while she grew a human inside her. Now she’s a mommy to another little one, a girl named Elizabella Dylan Bugliari. From HuffPost Celebrity: Alyssa Milano and her husband David Bugliari welcomed their second child, daughter Elizabella Dylan Bugliari, on Thursday, Sept. 4, her rep told HuffPost Entertainment. The baby girl was born in Los Angeles, weighing in at 7 pounds, 7 ounces, and is 19 ½ inches long. She joins big brother Milo Thomas, who turned 3 years old last month. “Mommy and baby are doing wonderfully,” Milano’s rep added in a statement. Aw, cute. Claire Danes knows she has an ugly cry
Poor Claire Danes. She’s an absolutely phenomenal actress, but she was not blessed with a graceful “cry face”. I don’t know why that’s strange – none of us look particularly beautiful when we’ve been sobbing our eyes out, but for some reason, Claire’s ugly cry has grown into a presence of its own, and she knows all about it. From Harper’s Bazaar UK: Danes herself is a little nonplussed by the attention her ‘cry face’ attracts. ‘I’m surprised it’s so surprising,’ she says, before adding: ‘I have my guy, who thinks I’m pretty enough in our life together, so I don’t need to be seducing the audience that way.’ Then she goes on: ‘I think it’s also just my style, what I like in creative work, what I’ve always been attracted to, even as a little girl. I danced as a kid, that’s how I arrived at acting, and I took a class with a woman called Ellen Robbins. It was modern dance, so already a little raw. And I always had an appreciation for the macabre. We would do these improvisations and I remember one time, I was maybe 11 or 12, I was into grotesque movement, and I decided to do a dance where I was just doing a diagonal across stage, doing these weird movements and I landed and I just spat on the floor, like totally pretentious performance art. But it was great. I liked the ugly even as a kid, and I think that has stayed with me now.’ Girl, please – you do not have to justify your crying face! You’re busy being an AMAZING actress – let the haters hate. And to be fair, homegirl has cried exactly the same since she was 14 – we all remember My So-Called Life, right?! Love her. Is this Will Smith dancing on a Segway at Burning Man?
Will Smith‘s kids are super weird, so it’s no surprise that the apples may not fall far from the tree and they may actually get it from their father. Will shared on his Instagram page that he was headed to Burning Man, and once he got there, someone posted a video of what appears to be him and a mini entourage doing a choreographed dance (?) on Segways. Kelly Osbourne is heartbroken over the death of Joan Rivers
The death of Joan Rivers has hit the entertainment world hard, but one of the fellow celebrities most affected by her passing is Kelly Osbourne, who has worked with Joan on E!’s Fashion Police for the past several years and grew close to the comedian both personally and professionally. Here’s what Kelly wrote on her Facebook page after hearing the news: I’m completely heartbroken by the loss of my beloved Joan. Not only was she my boss, she was and will always be my teacher, therapist, closest friend, inspiration and the only grandmother I ever knew. She was family and I will never forget her. Laughter will be difficult for a while but when I’m sad, lonely or upset all I will have to do is think of Joan and a smile will cross my face. Laughter is what she gave us and laughter is what she would want us to do in remembrance of her. Melissa and Cooper, my thoughts are with you and I love you both so much. Joan, thank you for taking me in and loving me as a daughter. I will miss you deeply and will always hear your voice in my head saying ‘my darling get out there and be you!’ Very sad and very unexpected. Hollywood will never be quite the same, that’s for sure!
