Feuds Giuliana Rancic Kelly Osbourne

Kelly Osbourne really seems to hate her former Fashion Police costar Giuliana Rancic

I cannot believe it will be 10 years in September since we lost the late, great Joan Rivers, may she rest in punch lines. My mother and I were so happy for her when Fashion Police took off on E! in 2010 and we never missed an episode. To this day there are comments she made when covering Will & Kate’s wedding that make me howl. And I enjoyed cohost George Kotsiopoulos; he wasn’t a big name at the time (at least not to me!) but he was funny, mature, and clearly knew his fashion. And then there were Giuliana Rancic and Kelly Osbourne. Yeah. Giuliana’s inclusion always felt like it came with the deal of E! producing. I don’t know why Kelly was there.

The show never bounced back after Joan’s passing, and of course the cataclysmic event that I think was the start of its ultimate undoing was Oscars 2015. Giuliana made a terrible comment on Zendaya’s dreadlocks (Z was 18 at the time), Kelly claimed she warned ahead of time that the “joke” was a bad idea, and shortly thereafter Kelly left the show in righteous fury. Well, Kelly wants us to know that nine years later… she still f–king hates Giuliana Rancic. Maybe “hate” is too strong a word. As Kelly said of Giuliana this week on her family’s podcast, “as far as I’m concerned, she doesn’t exist.”

Kelly Osbourne dismissed her former “Fashion Police” co-host Giuliana Rancic as irrelevant in Tuesday’s episode of her family’s “The Osbournes Podcast.”

“We don’t need to give her any f–king anything,” Osbourne, 39, said of Rancic, 49, after her mom, Sharon Osbourne, mentioned the entertainment reporter.

Kelly’s brother, Jack Osbourne, and their father, Ozzy Osbourne, recalled the “Shut Up” singer being wrongly accused of making “a f–king racist comment” about Zendaya’s hair on the E! talk show in 2015 — when in reality Rancic was the one who had said the “Dune” star smelled “like patchouli oil and weed.”

Jack said he has not “seen anything from [Rancic] in a very long time,” to which Kelly replied that she “wouldn’t know because as far as I’m concerned, she doesn’t exist.”

Zendaya, 27, condemned Rancic’s comment at the time, sharing on Instagram that there “is already a harsh criticism of African-American hair in society without the help of ignorant people who choose to judge others based on the curl of their hair.”

Rancic faced an onslaught of backlash for the remark and issued a public apology to the “Challengers” star, admitting her words were “outrageously offensive.”

Amid the scandal, confusion swirled and Kelly was dragged into it despite not being the one to make the dig at Zendaya.

Kelly ended up leaving “Fashion Police” shortly after.

E! canceled the series in 2017.

Kelly and Rancic had co-hosted the fashion commentary show alongside late comedian Joan Rivers and magazine editor George Kotsiopoulos since its premiere in 2010.

Jack reflected on the ordeal, saying he had read a news article “where Zendaya was like, ‘Yeah, f–k Giuliana Rancic.’”

“Good for her,” Kelly cheered.

First of all, show your receipts, Jack Osbourne. “Yeah, f–k Giuliana Rancic” doesn’t sound at all like the professional woman Zendaya is, and I’m not finding any trace of it online. Don’t put words in Z’s mouth! As for the rest of it… gah why are they still talking about this?! And why are Jack and Ozzy saying Kelly got blamed? I was there (watching), and I don’t recall ever being confused about who made the comment (Giuliana). What else is there to say? Yes, it’s rich coming from Kelly, who went on to make a heinously racist remark on TV herself. And accepted an award from the Trevor Project in December 2016 where she told the LGBTQ audience to give Trump a chance. And got banned from playgrounds for getting into fights with other kids and parents. And was sued by her father’s mistress for doxxing her phone number in a tweet. So in conclusion, Giuliana is just joining a long list of people Kelly is either mad at or not talking to at all. Giuliana, meanwhile, is shilling a home line on HSN.

A few weeks ago, super skinny Giuliana Racic was quoted saying:

“It’s killing me to look in the mirror and see that I’ve just lost all [of it]. I’m just not the girl I used to be.”

And this week, Giuliana seemed pretty comfortable with her figure as she showed off her bikini body on Instagram (see above picture).

Giuliana Rancic: “I think I used to be more attractive”

FFN_f_51620104

All the details from Us Magazine:

Sitting down to chat with Dr. Mehmet Oz for the April 8 episode of his self-titled show, the Fashion Police host said she doesn’t like the way she looks when she’s too skinny.

“Trust me, I don’t want to lose weight. I don’t think it looks attractive,” she told Dr. Oz of the constant chatter about her thin frame. “I think I used to be more attractive. But I’m doing the best I can.”

The Going Off Script author, 40, even consulted her physician, who offered a surprising suggestion.

“I actually recently spoke to a personal trainer because my doctor said, ‘Maybe you should get in the gym.’ And I’m thinking, ‘Get in the gym? I don’t want to lose weight! Don’t you usually go the gym to lose the weight?’” she recalled. “And he said, ‘No, no, no, you should — just don’t do cardio. Do some weight training.’”

Rancic followed his advice. “So there I am, lifting my little 10-pound weights,” she told Dr. Oz. “I’m just trying to get some more definition, because I want a little bit of curve, I want to be sexy. And right now, it’s killing me to look in the mirror and see that I’ve just lost all [of it]. I’m just not the girl I used to be.”

Giuliana Rancic: “Even if I gained 20 pounds, my bones would still look the way they do”

Untitled-1

All the details from People:

The E! personality, 40, reveals in her new book, Going Off Script that for over a decade she suffered from scoliosis, a curvature of the spine that if untreated can lead to permanent deformity.

“The thing about scoliosis is it’s a different kind of ugly for a young girl,” says Rancic, who was diagnosed at 13. “It’s one thing to hate your hair or to have bad skin, but those are things you can hopefully treat. [Scoliosis] is very hard to camouflage and it’s all you think about all day, every minute of the day.”

Because of the severity of her curve, one of Rancic’s hips was inches higher than the other. “I always wore baggy clothes,” she says. “And I trained myself so I always looked like I was leaning on something.”

The memories are still difficult to recall for the mom of Duke, 2, (with husband Bill. “[As a teen] I tried to enter pageants and audition for movies and model, because I think I was hoping someday someone would tell me I was pretty. I just wasn’t. I was crooked.

Corrective surgery at 21 straightened Rancic’s spine, but left her with a permanent scar and markedly “bony” shoulder blades, which were the focus of a heated weight debate when she wore a strapless dress at the Golden Globes in January.

“That was very hurtful to me because it was the first huge backlash about my weight,” Rancic explains. “And the thing is I’ve lived with my back and the way it looks since I was a little girl. My shoulder blades protrude as a result of scoliosis. Even if I gained 20 pounds, my bones would still look the way they do.

But despite all the criticism, Rancic sees a positive outcome from her years of heartache. “I was called ugly my entire life but it made me who I am,” she says. “I always tell girls, whatever struggles you go through as a young woman, those are the things that become your power later. Even though it’s painful to think back on, I wouldn’t change a thing. Because everything I went through as a child got me to where I am today.”

Giuliana Rancic: “I know that I eat a lot”

Her response to the people who criticize her for being too thin:

“I know the truth. I know that I eat a lot and I take walks and I have a faster metabolism. I always thought it would catch up to me and it hasn’t quite yet. I’m not trying to be cocky. Anyone who knows me knows I am the least arrogant person. I’m just trying to be honest.”

Giuliana Rancic addresses criticism that she’s too thin, debuts new brown hair

The 2015 ASTRA Awards
These are photos of Giuliana Rancic in Sydney yesterday at the ASTRA Awards, which honor Australian television. Giuliana is wearing a full length sequin and lace gown by Australian designer Alex Perry. It’s got a white bodice peeking through the top and an empire waist that hides her tiny figure in layers of fabric. At the ASTRA Awards, someone at The Daily Mail’s Australian division asked Giuliana about all the stories that she’s too thin. Giuliana gave a kind of diplomatic non-response. She said: “I think the best thing to do, honestly, is not even talk about it. You know? As long as you know the truth, that’s all that matters.

The Mail points out that Giuliana spoke at length about this issue in 2013 to The Huffington Post. She said she had a fast metabolism and that she eat and exercises a lot. “I know the truth. I know that I eat a lot and I take walks and I have a faster metabolism. I always thought it would catch up to me and it hasn’t quite yet. I’m not trying to be cocky. Anyone who knows me knows I am the least arrogant person. I’m just trying to be honest.” This time, Giuliana figured she may as well not defend herself again, but she’s still using the same “I know the truth” line. That was probably the best way to handle it, because she’ll just keep the story going otherwise.

Speaking of keeping the story going, now that the dust has cleared and new host Kathy Griffin has quit Fashion Police, just like Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana and Brad Goreski are the only two panel members left standing. As Bedhead reported earlier, Fashion Police’s next episode will air on March 30. It’s thought that they’ll add some Kardashians to the panel, which would be a bad idea for so many fug, pinocchio butt, stunt queen reasons.
