On Wednesday Justin Timberlake tweeted a cryptic message to his fans, “Thursday, January 10th, 2013 at 9:01 am PST.” Rumors about a new album began flying immediately, and it seems the rumors are true. Timberlake fans will have something to satisfy their thirst in 2013, seven years after Timberlake’s last album, Future Sex/Love Sounds was released. Right on schedule, Thursday, January 10th at 9:01 AM Justin tweeted, “To whom it may concern…I think I’M READY! # JT2013 ” and posted the video below. In it he says: “Someone asked me the other day, ’So, are you just done? With music?’ It means more to me than anybody else in the world,” he says. “Look, I’ve only done two albums in ten years. That’s the way I really look at it: what does the next decade mean for me?” “I’m the one who sits and is obsessive about it before you even get to hear it. As close as I get to it I don’t know that I could physically torture myself that much year in and year out, and expect it to fulfill me the way that it does and is right now. I don’t want to put something out that I don’t love. You just dont get that everyday. You have to wait for it ….
