E! News: Taylor Swift did not get a boob job, she has ‘always liked her breasts’

As I’ve mentioned in several Tiddles posts, Taylor Swift has been looking suspiciously busty during all of the photo-ops and pap strolls for The Glorious Tiddlesbanging of 2016. Taylor memorably and notably got a boob job back in 2012. I remember that story, because I felt like a boob-job investigator, going through months of photos to try and determine when the boob job happened. My guess is still April 2012 for the first boob job. And over the years, her boob job had a sort of wonky look, depending on her bra or top. Sometimes they looked hard and very LeAnn Rimes-esque, let’s say. But I strongly suspect that a few months ago, Taylor went away and got another boob job. I think she went up a cup size and/or fixed some bad work.

Er, they’re perky because they’re man-made! I mean, props to Taylor for getting implants the correct size for her frame, but let’s be honest: they are implants. Absolutely. But I think it’s absolutely hilarious that Taylor is so controlling and obsessive that it bothers her to know that we’re sitting out here, talking about her boob job. That’s why this E! News story happened – because Taylor reads the comments. She reads the tweets. She reads the Tiddlesbanging coverage. Hey, girl! I think your boob job looks really nice now. I’m glad you got that wonky 2012 work fixed.

These are photos from Nashville, two weeks ago. She’s a full C-cup now, right?

Jennifer Lawrence drew a mustache & unibrow on herself for the paps

Jennifer Lawrence

Here are some new photos of Jennifer Lawrence in NYC where she’s been looking for an apartment. She’s reportedly holding herself to a $10,000 per month budget, which sounds like a lot of money. It IS a lot, but it won’t get her a penthouse in Manhattan. The sure thing about JLaw setting up a secondary home base (in addition to her enviable LA digs) in the Big Apple is that she’ll get papped more often. Photogs are harder to avoid without a gated residence and long driveway in a private neighborhood.

Jennifer has definitely been papped a lot lately. We saw her imitating a goofy walrus with chopsticks. Now there are even stranger photos that show JLaw walking around with a scribbled mustache and unibrow. You can see the pictures here. She knew these pictures would end up splashed all over the internet, which is why she pulled an 8th grade move.

Now I’m scratching my head over this behavior. With the chopsticks, I figured she was sloshed and slipped into goofball mode. This face-drawing seems like a beg for attention. Such playfulness is probably her usual behavior behind closed doors, but JLaw has always kept a poker face around the paparazzi. She’ll flip them off (literally and figuratively). Why is she suddenly willing to attract attention from the cameras? Some people think she’s deflecting from the Chris Martin photos where he’s walking arm-in-arm with Kylie Minogue. I’m starting to believe this may be the case.

Kendall & Kylie Jenner: Fame is ‘normal for us — as normal as it can be’

Kendall Jenner

Kendall and Kylie Jenner cover this week’s issue of the Chicago Sun-Times Splash magazine. They’re promoting their PacSun ambassadorship, and there are several Christmas-season editorial shots you can see here. PacSun’s CEO noted, “We were definitely admiring what Kendall and Kylie were becoming.” Translation? The sisters’ social-media prowess saves the Kardashian day again. The sisters sat down to talk about their thoughts on fame, style, and the overbearing Kris Jenner:

Kylie on fame: “It’s something that we’ve grown up with. It’s kind of normal for us — as normal as it can be.”

Kylie: “We love doing these meet-and-greets.”

Kendall: “You got chased in Miami, didn’t you? We were really young, and [Kylie] had to run and escape them. She came to me and was like, ‘Kendall, that wasn’t normal.’”

Kylie on plastic surgery: “We have an amazing family surrounding us. They taught us so much about growing up in [the spotlight].”

Kylie on style: “My family has a lot to do with my style. I also look on Tumblr a lot [for inspiration].”

Kylie: “My mom is the holiday queen.”

Kendall: “She decorates the house for every single holiday, but at this time of year [the decor] is obviously bigger. It’s really fun. [The holidays] are the time we spend with family.”

[From Splash – Chicago Sun-Times]

These girls never had a chance. I say that a lot, but I mean it. They cannot ever break free of the Kardashian Krap. Shilling for the family has been their only education.

Radar Online has a story about how Kylie is warring with Kris (just like Kendall) over money. Kylie’s hair-extensions line sells for $249 per box, and Kris is still in charge of Kylie’s money because she’s only 17. Radar says the extensions “are selling extremely well, and Kylie feels she should have complete access to the money because it is hers and she deserves it.” Next year, Kylie. Next year.

By the way, Kylie is still Instagramming photos of her lips. She doesn’t want you to notice. Not at all. That would be boring.

Benedict Cumberbatch covers Time Mag’s ‘Genius Issue’: otter realness?

bendy time

I’m sure there are twenty million new Benedict Cumberbatch interviews I’m ignoring, but what can I say? After a relative Cumberdearth for most of the year, we are being gifted with an Excess Batching. And the rumors were true – Benedict and an original Enigma machine cover the new issue of Time Magazine this week. It’s “The Genius Issue.” Time really loves Benedict, right? This is the second time he’s made the cover. Time hasn’t released their cover story online for non-subscribers, but if you do subscribe, go here to read the piece. I’m including one of the Time videos at the end of the post. I do like this cover – it’s not as OTTERFACE REALNESS as some of his other mag covers.

What else… the New York Times had a little write-up about Benedict, Harvey Weinstein, Charles Dance and Keira Knightley at the post-premiere party. Benedict is drinking, Keira is abstaining (probably because she’s totes preggo, at least in my mind), and Charles Dance was comparing her TIG character to Tywin Lannister. Harvey says that his wife, Georgina Chapman (of Marchesa!) thinks Benedict is “the hottest thing in the world.” Cough. Please God, do not let Benedict or Sophie wear any Marchesa.

And there’s this too – Us Weekly got an “exclusive” statement from Bendy about his wedding plans:

Sherlock may keep his wedding a complete secret! Benedict Cumberbatch briefly opened up about his impending nuptials to fiancee Sophie Hunter during the CNN Heroes event in NYC on Tuesday, Nov. 18.

“I think I’ll be having a very private wedding,” the 38-year-old told Us Weekly on the red carpet.

The soon-to-be spouses stepped out following the news for Cumberbatch’s Imitation Game NYC premiere on Nov. 17. There, Hunter showed off her eye-catching halo set diamond ring.

[From Us Weekly]

Well… yeah. I mean, what’s the alternative? A big, splashy public wedding? Otters do like to splash things… but no, he’s not going to, like, sell his wedding photos to People Magazine. But if they do marry, I bet it will be in London and I bet some paparazzi do get some shots.

You can see the behind-the-scenes Time Magazine videos here. Here’s a video of Bendy talking about TIG:

Lena Dunham wasn’t going to pay any of the other artists on her book tour

wenn21692367

Lena Dunham’s book tour begins today. She wrote the memoir/advice book Not That Kind of Girl, which she’s been promoting all over the place for the past few weeks. She’s had glowing write-ups in the New York Times and People Magazine already, and I imagine there’s more to come. The NYT also wrote a preview of Lena’s 11-city book tour a few days ago, and they made it sound less like a book tour and more like a concentrated “festival” with other kinds of entertainment featured at each stop. Except the other entertainers wouldn’t be getting paid?

Last month, the writer, actor and producer Lena Dunham started an ambitious project. Nearly 600 people responded to an open call for video auditions on her website, including a sand artist, a ukulele player, a cappella singers, gymnasts, performance artists and stand-up comics, even some exceptionally charismatic babies. The seven who made the final cut won’t be making cameos in “Girls,” Ms. Dunham’s HBO show about Brooklyn 20-somethings. Instead, they’ll be the warm-up acts — performing free of charge — on an elaborately produced, 11-city tour to promote Ms. Dunham’s new book, “Not That Kind of Girl.”

“Three of the videos were disturbing, but the rest were super awesome,” Ms. Dunham said, adding that she spent several hours screening the auditions in bed.

In an era when author tours and splashy book parties have grown increasingly rare, Ms. Dunham has organized a traveling circus of sorts that seems more like a roving Burning Man festival than a sober, meet-the-author literary event. Prominent comedians and writers, such as the “Portlandia” star Carrie Brownstein and the novelist Zadie Smith, have thrown their weight behind Ms. Dunham and will appear on her tour as part of a carefully curated cast of artists, along with live music, poetry readings and, naturally, food trucks.

“I found the idea of a traditional author tour, where you go and stand behind the lectern and talk about yourself, I found it a little bit embarrassing, a little blatantly self-promotional and a little boring,” Ms. Dunham said. “I wanted it to have an arts festival feel, which is why we now have all these remarkable, special weirdos who I found on the Internet.”

Ms. Dunham’s critics are likely to see these highly produced spectacles as an over-the-top marketing stunt or yet another example of her inflated sense of self as an artist. Her fans are lining up, though. In less than a week, the tour sold around 8,000 tickets, which are selling for $38 at most locations. Tickets include a $28 signed hardcover of “Not That Kind of Girl,” which Random House is releasing on Tuesday.

[From The NYT]

Gawker pointed out that it’s a douche move to not pay the other performers at all, especially considering Special Snowflake Dunham got a $3.5 million advance for the book, plus she’ll get royalties and such. And this whole festival atmosphere was her idea. So after Gawker pointed out Lena’s douche move, she got on Twitter to explain:

As an artist raised by artists, no one believes more than I do that creators should be fairly compensated for their work.

This feature of the tour was meant to be a way to showcase local talent and I could not be more excited about it.

Some good points were raised and I’ve ensured that all opening acts will be compensated for their time, their labor and their talents.

The fact that Gawker pointed this out really proves Judd Apatow’s saying that “a good note can come from anywhere.”

[From Lena’s Twitter]

“The fact that Gawker pointed this out really proves Judd Apatow’s saying that ‘a good note can come from anywhere’”??? Brilliant save, Lena. You can’t tell me she didn’t know that the artists weren’t being paid and she only “ensured” their pay after Gawker pointed it out. And Lena still acts like she has the moral high ground, like she’s deigning to listen to advice from the peasants at Gawker.

LeAnn Rimes & Eddie Cibrian told his sons all about their affair, of course

FFN_LeAnn_Eddie_KET_071714_51480046

You will never believe what happened. LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian gave an interview to Life & Style about his kids and how they (LR & EC) told his kids about the affair that ended both LeAnn’s marriage and Eddie’s marriage. I know, shocking. So, it’s full circle at the moment. Eddie’s sons get to read about their parents endless shenanigans, then they get the information verified by LeAnn and Eddie, then the kids get to read about how they got the information verified in the press. The famewhore circle is complete.

LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian may have been famously married to other people when they fell in love and started a torrid affair in 2009, but in an exclusive interview with Life & Style, the couple reveals they have told Eddie’s children all about the affair.

“We’ve had discussions with them about the whole situation,” Eddie says in the new issue of Life & Style, on stands now, of their honesty with Mason, 11, and Jake, 7, about their infidelity. “They understand more than you think they do,” LeAnn adds.

Being part of a blended family can be challenging, but LeAnn and Eddie found a way to make it work: therapy. Eddie tells the mag that when he and LeAnn first got together, they went to counseling “to figure out how to put the kids first, to make sure they’re stable.” LeAnn’s sure it’s helped, and she’s a doting stepmom to his kids. “We are always bettering ourselves,” she notes in the interview, “and our marriage.”

[From Life & Style]

I’ll agree that kids understand more than their parents believe they understand. Kids know when mom & dad are fighting. They know when divorce is on the table. They know when mom or dad is fooling around too. But I just wish that both Brandi and Eddie would stop using those kids as publicity tools. I wish they would stop talking about them in the press, full-stop. This stuff is private. They shouldn’t splash this information around in the media.

Also, those kids are going to figure out (if they haven’t already) that their stepmom is crazy. Those poor boys.
