Kim Kardashian went to Ciara‘s baby shower wearing a slitted white gown. She posted of a photo (above) on Instagram of her with Ciara (middle) and LaLa Anthony (left) captioned, Celebrating @Ciara‘s baby shower today with @lala#mommymemorie But let’s focus on what she’s wearing. What do we think of this look? Is it, “Hell, yes” or “God, no”? I’m going with, “God, no.” The top side slit looks like a rip, not a purposeful accent, and the whole dress is a bit much for a baby shower, especially being just a guest. Lady Gaga’s New Video, G.U.Y., Stars Real Housewives
Lady Gaga has a long delayed second music video out from her album ARTPOP. It’s called “G.U.Y.”, she directed it, and it’s over 11 freakin’ minutes. Like, are you kidding me? Why can’t you just make a normal music video like anyone else? Why does (nearly) every video have to be a thing? Just do the song and dance and end it, jeez. ANYWAY, the video stars some Bravo celebs, like Andy Cohen and the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ladies, including Lisa Vanderpump. No, I’m not kidding. It was also shot at Hearst Castle, which according to E!, hasn’t had a video shot there in over 50 years. But for whatever reason they made an exception for Gaga. Justin Bieber Gets A Tattoo — On An Airplane
Justin Bieber is setting new records. He’s now the first person to get a tattoo at an altitude of 40,000 feet. Why? Because he’s just awful. He got a tattoo of the word “forgive” done by tattoo artist Bang Bang, who told TMZ it was, “the most difficult tattoo I’ve ever done for sure.” There was apparently “terrible turbulence”. I can’t even. TMZ reports there’s no law against getting a tattoo on an airplane as long as it doesn’t interfere with the safety of other passengers. It’s still so very stupid to do. Amanda Bynes Posts New Twitter Pics
Amanda Bynes is back on twitter, and she’s back to posting pics — but they’re totally normal. It looks like maybe she got the help she needed, because the girl seems well-adjusted and healthy, at least judging from the pics she posted. Though she’s had problems with her family in the past, these photos (above and below) show her smiling with her parents at an FIDM fashion show. I think she realizes that anything she posts on Twitter is going to be carefully scrutinized, and I think it’s great she’s showing this happy side. Hopefully she knows what she’s doing. Mad Men Fashion Post!
Elisabeth Moss and Christina Hendricks. The cast of Mad Men got together at the Paley Center for Media’s PaleyFest 2014 honoring the show, but what’s really important is what they wore. Let’s take a look! Sadly, my favorite January Jones wasn’t there. Not sure why. Maybe she’s shooting something. Like BIRDS IN HER BACKYARD, AM I RIGHT? (Mad Men joke, okay, moving on.) Christina Hendricks. I’m honestly not too psyched with what’s going on here. I love the shoes and accessories, but I don’t think this dress flatters her in pretty much any way. Jessica Paré. This dress looks so much cuter from the side. From any angle though I think she looks great. She’s got the right physique to pull of this kind of cut. Also, the more I see her, the more I see David Bowie. Anyone else see it? Elisabeth Moss. It’s cute, I like the red shoes, nice touch. Not sure why she added a tuxedo blazer later. And here comes Kiernan Shipka, who is always the best-dressed despite being 14. Man, I wish I had her career right now. She’s gonna be huge, like Emma Watson huge. Jon Hamm, looking awkward as hell. Does the suit not fit him properly? The pants are too long (sigh) but I like this style of suit on him. It’s very Roger Sterling, actually. And speaking of the guy, where the hell was John Slattery? Don’t know where the silver fox was, but Vincent Kartheiser was there. He is so much cuter than the character he plays. I love this look on him.
