Various outlets have obtained the text of Amber Heard’s restraining order request against Johnny Depp, which was granted. The details of Johnny’s alleged attacks, and of his behavior in general, are chilling. The court documents detail two incidents of abuse (update: another incident is referenced, see this article), each a month apart and the most recent one this Saturday. Johnny allegedly pulled Amber’s hair, threw things at her, and abused her. She states that he threw a cell phone at her this Saturday, hitting her in the eye. Photos of her bruises, including photos taken at her court appearance earlier today, support this. Amber maintains that Johnny has a substance abuse problem and has been abusive to her throughout their relationship:
Amber’s friend also submitted a declaration on her behalf stating that “Many times over the past few years, Amber has confided and complained to me about Johnny’s abusing her, both physically and verbally.”
Some people are saying they don’t believe Amber based on the fact that the police found no evidence of a crime. Bruises take some time to appear, and Amber chose not press charges or provide a statement to police. She’s married to an incredibly famous man and she’s an actress, she probably weighed her options at a time when she was under extreme stress and decided not to bring attention to the situation.
People Magazine has more photos of the scene and of Amber’s injuries which were submitted to the court. After seeing the photos of Amber’s injuries, and of how distraught she was outside of court, I absolutely believe her.

It’s interesting when People Magazine runs a story that tries to combat what the tabloids have been saying for weeks. When People runs it, it comes with a publicist’s approval to some degree. So take this bizarre story on Jennifer Garner and her kids for what it is – a confirmation that Jennifer Garner was in West Virginia with her kids this weekend and then spent her anniversary with her husband.
We previously heard from People Magazine that Ben bought Jennifer some incredible jewelry for their anniversary. So now they’re running a follow-up with a little blurb about how Jennifer flew to Detroit to be with him to celebrate the day. Is this a tacit acknowledgement that they’re having problems? It’s just somewhat worrisome to me, particularly that it’s in People. It could be nothing though.
Jennifer Garner jetted back to her hometown for a low-key trip this weekend – before flying solo to see husband Ben Affleck for their anniversary.
Garner, 42, visited Charleston, West Virginia, where she relaxed with her family and surprised local fans. After grabbing dinner with friends Thursday night, the Draft Day star stopped by her alma mater, George Washington High School, on Friday. The next evening, Garner was spotted enjoying a minor league baseball game with her parents, sister and three children: Violet, 8, Seraphina, 5, and Samuel, 2.
The group cheered on the West Virginia Power to victory as spectators Tweeted their excitement at seeing the actress return to her roots. (She even posed with the team’s mascot!)
But Affleck, who has been in Detroit shooting his role as the Caped Crusader in Batman vs. Superman, was nowhere to be seen.
Though his gambling has been making headlines, sources say he and Garner are still going strong.
“She never understood his gambling obsession and she doesn’t want him to be in the news [for it],” one insider “told PEOPLE of Garner. “[But] she’s the most patient wife ever and is still very much in love with Ben.”
Despite Affleck’s absence from the weekend getaway, the couple celebrated nine years of marriage together Sunday. Affleck, 41, bought Garner jewelry from Barneys in Beverly Hills last week, and she joined him in Detroit after sending their kids and nannies back home to Los Angeles from Charleston.

That’s nice that Garner went to her old high school and to a baseball game. I love this couple and I hope they’re ok. I get the sense that they’re not, considering that they’re trying to make sure there are no cracks in their public image. Ben is gambling heavily and maybe Jennifer is putting her foot down to some extent despite the public declarations of support. I do think Ben is going through a crisis related to his decision to play Batman, as I’ve mentioned before. This role is not consistent with everything he’s said about wanting to change his career focus. Plus he’s a tabloid fixture again and that’s got be bothering him. I hope I’m wrong, I hope this is just some publicist’s way of countering the gambling stories.

-Thank god for the internet. I had lots of confused feelings about that attempted rape scene in the most recent episode of Louie, and am glad everyone’s talking it out. But it still disturbs me that the knee-jerk reaction on Twitter seemed to be that Louis CK can do no wrong. I guess we’ll see if there’s any fallout next week.

As we discussed on Friday, Lucifer’s Homegirl tipped off TMZ that Khloe Kardashian was about to file for divorce. And it totally happened. According to TMZ on Friday, Khloe’s lawyer (Laura Wasser, who represents so many Hollywood women) filed the divorce documents in court Friday afternoon. Apparently, Khloe wants to change her name back to just “Khloe Kardashian” (rather than Khloe Kardashian Odom) and Khloe is not asking for any kind of spousal support or anything. TMZ says Lamar and Khloe had a prenup, and I think everything is pretty cut-and-dry and they didn’t mingle their assets at all during their four-year marriage.
So, are you sad about this? I am a little bit. When they first got together, I didn’t think it would last, but they sort of won me over. I believed that while they moved way too fast, they built a loving marriage for themselves and they seemed like a pretty stable couple for a while. Of course, it all went to hell and Lucifer’s Homegirl is going to find a way to destroy Lamar, I’m sure. As for Lamar and his issues… I don’t even know at this point. Us Weekly’s source claims that “Lamar expected this. He’s fine with it. He just wants it over swiftly and smoothly now. He’s had time to come to terms with it.” Hm. Meanwhile, Lucifer’s Homegirl has already found a new boyfriend for Khloe:

But in addition to meeting with lawyers and putting the couple’s home on the market, RadarOnline.com has learned that she was also nurturing a new relationship that could sustain her post-split: Kardashian has been spotted in recent weeks hanging out with Rihanna‘s ex, baseball star Matt Kemp!
Rumors exploded Thursday night when Kemp posted a picture of the Kardashian family’s Christmas tree in Kris Jenner‘s home. “Best time of the year!! It’s gonna b a Cali Christmas this year,” he wrote.
His fans didn’t miss the hint, and let him know their opinions on a potential Kardashian-Kemp hookup.

Indeed, Radar has learned that the two have been hanging out for months! Kardashian and Kemp were photographed together in the VIP section of the Drake concert in L.A. on November 25. Days later, they were both at the December 1 John Legend concert at L.A.’s Nokia Theater.
And on December 9, they were both spotted at the Jay Z concert in L.A., which, ironically, Odom also attended. He and Kardashian did not interact, according to reports.

I remember Matt Kemp from when he dated Rihanna – remember that? It was just a few months after Rihanna and Chris broke up for the first big time (after Breezy almost killed her) and Rihanna seemed to be looking for someone stable and no-drama, and Kemp was it. I forget how it ended, but my guess is that Rihanna dumped him for being TOO stable (girl loves her dramz). Anyway, I remembered him because I thought he was CUTE. Like, seriously cute. I kind of want to have his babies, so I hope Khloe does get on that.
You know how Kanye Westproposed to Kim Kardashian at that baseball field or whatever and used a Lana Del Rey song as part of his great production? Well, there have now been tabloid reports that Kanye wanted Lana to perform the song live but that she said no thanks. I could see why that would maybe be the case, but apparently it’s just not true!

Well, I guess it must be love for Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, because Kimmy sure wasn’t willing to take Kris Humphries‘ last name after they tied the knot (not that I blame her). However, when it comes to marrying Kanye, She’ll be glad to add another surname to her own.

Here are some new photos of Kristen Stewart stopping by a Wells Fargo bank yesterday. I was going to go off on how terrible her casual clothes are (and I probably still will do that), but my immediate concern is about her choice in banking! I hate Wells Fargo. I had a Wachovia account and then Wells Fargo bought them out and the changes they made to my account sucked. I’m with Sun Trust now and I love them. Now I’m obsessed with knowing if Kristen’s personal checks have those tacky wagons on them (those are the default checks from Wells Fargo).
As for Kristen’s ensemble… my lord. It’s like she’s TRYING to look awful. I don’t understand how difficult it is for Kristen to find a cute pair of jeans and a t-shirt that fits, and for her to wash her clothes on a regular basis? Why is she still trying to make the whole “t-shirt tied at a knot at the waist” thing a new style trend? Why the Mark Wahlberg-circa-The-Funky-Bunch (FEEL THE VIBRATION) jeans? Why did she do a hair combover and then put a baseball cap on top of that? WHY?!

There’s still hope, Twihards! Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, who officially split in May, are hanging out again. The pair got together at her LA house August 4 for “a very intense conversation,” a source tells Hot Stuff. (The British actor also visited her home in July.)

See, I believe that she’s “still heartbroken”. I really do. And I have some sympathy for that. What I have a problem believing is that Rob is “obsessed with her.” I’m not trying to insult Kristen, I’m just really struggling to understand how Rob could still be “obsessed” with her? After all of the crap they went through and their seemingly intense and final breakup, would he still want her back?
