The drama surrounding Kylie Jenner and Tyga continues to get crazier. There’s no denying that Tyga is not someone who should be trusted. He has the WORST track record. Now, with word of Tyga and Kylie rekindling their romance, there are fresh reports that Tyga is treating Kylie badly in order to keep her keen. Okay then. We didn’t know THAT was still a thing, but this is Tyga. “He’s a total control freak and totally working her into a jealous frenzy whenever he gets the chance,” an insider told Radar. “It’s how he’s always kept her hooked — by playing on her insecurities.” Kylie has every reason to have doubts about him. It’s obvious he’s trying to get under her skin. “Tyga’s been boasting to pals that he knew Kylie would come back if he treated her bad,” the insider told Radar. “Now he’s got the upper hand.” “If she starts acting out he just has to mention Demi’s name or ‘accidentally’ let her see a picture of her on his cell,” added the insider. “Kylie’s really just a kid and can’t see through his games — it’s a toxic situation.” The dude sure tries to act like he’s this master manipulator. Amber Rose: The Kardashian-Jenners are only famous because of Kim’s tape
Amber Rose has a new talk show! The Amber Rose Show is a weekly, not daily, talk show on VH1 and it debuts on July 8th at 11 pm. Considering the late-night scheduling and the fact that her show is on cable, I’m guessing that it will be pretty dirty and funny. It will also be sex-positive, at least that’s Amber’s goal. Amber chatted with the NYDN about her show and of course she had to throw a little bit of shade on Kim Kardashian and her family. Even though Amber and Kim have met up and sipped the tea, that doesn’t mean that Amber won’t take a few swipes here and there. On her beef with Kylie Jenner & Khloe Kardashian last year: “Being a dancer and dealing with older men, gave me the humility and knowledge to speak on such a subject [of Tyga and Kylie].” Why the Kardashians are famous: “But let’s face it. The only reason these girls have a career is because their older sister had a little fun on tape.” A sex-positive show: “I definitely wanted a platform to talk about ‘sex-positive’ and other issues to show people who I really am.” Hearing the comment “Women should avoid dressing like sluts in order not to be victimized”: “I deal with talk like that every day. I recently dealt with that when my ex (Kanye) said he had to take 30 showers after he’d been with me. We were happy when we were together and now I’m getting slut-shamed because we’re not anymore . . . and it’s unfair. I’m sick of it . . . and I’m here for my girls.” How she ended up with a talk show produced by Dr. Phil: The walk ended up on VH1 after she did a “slut-shaming” segment promoting the event on the Dr. Phil-produced “The Doctors.” “The producers loved me and told me I needed my own show. Dr. Phil was blown away by the pilot and he and his team have been helping me get my chops up . . . I’m being schooled by the best in the business.” [From The NYDN] I remember a time when Dr. Drew Pinsky did Loveline and that was one of the most sex-positive things on TV. And now Dr. Drew is using really sick people for ratings and Dr. Phil is suddenly the arbiter of sex-positivity? Wonders never cease. Anyway, it will be interesting to see if Amber’s show is successful. I think she’ll probably be a decent weekly talk show host, but I’m not sure if this particular show and format will be good for her. As for what she says about the Kardashians… no lies detected! Blac Chyna is pregnant & pissed off at the Kardashians for leaking that info
Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna got engaged back in April. At the time, it seemed like a sudden move. And while I would never dare suggest that this is just a reality-show version of a shotgun marriage, that’s exactly what it looks like. On Friday, Blac Chyna and Rob confirmed that they are expecting their first child together. The baby will be Rob’s first overall, and Chyna’s second – she’s also mom to son King Cairo, whose father is Tyga (Kylie Jenner’s boyfriend). Chyna’s rep confirmed the pregnancy far and wide, telling media outlets: “I can confirm she’s pregnant and of course she’s happy.” But of course there’s already drama. People Magazine also noted in a later post that Chyna and Rob were not expecting to announce the news on Friday – they wanted to do it today, Sunday, for Mother’s Day. Chyna’s rep once again went to People and said: “She would have preferred to have announced it on Mother’s Day herself, but her hand was forced.” Who was “forcing” her hand? The Kardashian clan. Apparently, someone (or multiple someones) leaked the pregnancy info to media outlets on Friday, just to get at Chyna… maybe. I find it interesting that her rep is going on the record to People Mag just to stir the sh-t. As it turns out, Chyna has been a Kardashian all along, you know? She fits right in with the K-klan. People Mag also ran several positive, exclusive stories about the pregnancy and how Rob is elated about becoming a father, especially considering he lost his own father at such a young age. There’s also some insidery info about how the Kardashian-Jenner clan reacted to the news – go here to read. Apparently, Kris Jenner is not thrilled, and the Kardashian sisters are just sort of shell-shocked. Sources also say that Kim is already coming around, basically because she doesn’t see the point in starting a war with Rob and Chyna. Interestingly enough, in this week’s Life & Style, sources note that Rob is getting a bigger paycheck for Keeping Up with the Kardashians this season. For several seasons now, Rob has been in the wind, barely making appearances and not really engaging with the various storylines of the show. But if you’ve been watching this new season (currently airing), you might have noticed that Rob’s storyline is really dominating the show. So let me ask you… was that the plan all along? ????
