The details of Johnny’s alleged attacks, and of his behavior in general, are chilling. The court documents detail two incidents of abuse (update: another incident is referenced, see this article), each a month apart and the most recent one this Saturday. Johnny allegedly pulled Amber’s hair, threw things at her, and abused her. She states that he threw a cell phone at her this Saturday, hitting her in the eye. Photos of her bruises, including photos taken at her court appearance earlier today, support this. Amber maintains that Johnny has a substance abuse problem and has been abusive to her throughout their relationship: Johnny has been abusive for their entire relationship, has a drug and alcohol problem “During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me “I endured excessive emotional, verbal, and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assaults to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him. “I live in fear that Johnny will return to (our house) unannounced to terrorize me, physically and emotionally, “Johnny has a long-held and widely-acknowledged public and private history of drug and alcohol abuse. “He has a short fuse. He is often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me, as it has many times proven to be physically dangerous and/or life-threatening to me. Johnny [sic] relationship with reality oscillates, depending on his interaction with alcohol and drugs. “As Johnny’s paranoia, delusions and aggression increase throughout our relationship, so has my awareness of his continued substance abuse. Because of this, I am extremely afraid of Johnny and for my safety… I am petrified…” Amber states that Johnny abused her on April 21 Heard claims that on April 21, he showed up to a birthday party at their home “inebriated and high.” As a “bad argument” developed, she claims he threw a magnum bottle of champagne at the wall, and a wine glass on her. “He then grabbed me by the hair and violently shoved me to the floor.” – From Radar and The AP Amber had not seen Johnny for a month until this Saturday On Saturday, May 21, Heard claims that she was having a conversation with two friends when Depp, 52, entered their downtown Los Angeles apartment. As the group of friends began to talk about the recent passing of Depp’s mom, the actor “began obsessing about something that was untrue” and became “extremely angry,” she states in the documents. In attempt to help relieve the situation, Heard began calling a friend who Depp was requesting to speak to, she states. “Johnny ripped the cell phone from my hand and began screaming profanities and insults at iO [the friend],” she said. “I heard iO yell at me to get out of the house. Johnny then grabbed the cellphone, wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cellphone at me striking my cheek and eye with great force.” Heard submitted photos appearing to show a bruised eye as evidence. Heard says she covered her face and began to cry, then actor “charged” at her and “taunted” her, questioning if the phone actually hit her. “He then forcibly pulled back my hair as I attempted to stand up from the sofa,” she said. “I then yelled ‘Call 911′ – hoping it would be heard by iO who was still on the phone.” “Johnny continued screaming at me, pulling my hair, striking me and violently grabbing my face,” she continued. After a friend from next door entered the apartment with a key previously provided by Heard, Depp ran out of the apartment “smashing everything he could” with a wine bottle, Heard claims. She also submitted photos of damaged possessions. – From People [From People and Radar] Amber’s friend also submitted a declaration on her behalf stating that “Many times over the past few years, Amber has confided and complained to me about Johnny’s abusing her, both physically and verbally.” Some people are saying they don’t believe Amber based on the fact that the police found no evidence of a crime. Bruises take some time to appear, and Amber chose not press charges or provide a statement to police. She’s married to an incredibly famous man and she’s an actress, she probably weighed her options at a time when she was under extreme stress and decided not to bring attention to the situation. As previewed yesterday, this week’s tabloids are full of interesting/funny/untrue speculation about George and Amal Clooney’s marriage, based solely on their appearance at the Cannes Film Festival last week. For the record (since we’re on the record!), I kind of think George and Amal are fine. Their first year of marriage was a whirlwind of craziness, but they seem to have “settled down” quite a bit in 2016. Still, I always enjoy some good Amal gossip. In Touch Weekly had the longer story full of deliciously bitchy details. Some highlights: Amal’s posing. An insider says: “Cannes has strict rules about a non-movie member posing for obligatory cast photos – it’s a big deal and very rare for a spouse to join. But Amal, with George’s blessing of course, barged right in. Amal wore a look-at-me bright yellow gown amid the cast’s sea of black, she had trouble adjusting her long train in the wind so she also held up the entire process, which meant all eyes were on her.” Julia was pissed. “Julia was stunned that Amal tried to steal her show and her thunder, and that George actually let her.” So in retaliation, Julia flirted with George, and the source says, “Amal felt like Julia was flirting with George and she was seething!” Amal hates Julia. Amal hated how friendly George and Julia were on the set of Money Monster and “Amal can’t stand how Julia monopolizes her husband’s time.” After the Cannes red carpet, Amal pulled George aside and told him that Julia was being “disrespectful.” Julia “was so mad that she had a mini-meltdown about it and was overheard complaining about Amal’s rude move and George should have known better.” Julia hates Amal too. After spending some time with Amal and George in Como, Italy last summer, “Julia left with a very bad taste in her mouth.” Julia would “mock image-obsessed Amal behind her back after seeing how Amal constantly had her hair and makeup touched up and wore glamorous gowns during a casual weekend.” A source says: “Julia laughed at her because she thinks she’s so absurd.” [From In Touch Weekly, print edition] While I think this whole thing is being overblown, I do believe that there’s some shade and gossip going on at the core. Like, Julia was pissed that Amal was being so showy and look-at-me. And Amal was pissed because Julia was goose-honking all over George. I also sort of believe that Amal is severely image-obsessed? That’s just my gut-level reaction to seeing her pap strolls and red carpet posing. Meanwhile, Star Magazine claims that Amal and George looked like they were having serious problems at Cannes. A Cannes tipster reveals that after George and Amal walked the Cannes carpet together, they stopped pretending to be all lovey-dovey. “Once inside, it was obvious to everyone there that George and Amal had been fighting all day. I don’t think either one of them wanted to be there.” Arms crossed and scowl fixed, it was clear the human rights lawyer wasn’t happy with her husband. In fact, eyewitnesses say the two barely said a word to each other during dinner that night at Le Michelangelo in Antibes and cast a frosty chill over the afterparty at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. “It looked like George truly regretted bringing Amal out. The Daily Mail has a new interview with Real Housewives of New York’s Ramona Singer, 59. Her quotes reads like a drunken bragging session about how gorgeous she is. I don’t watch RHONY and my opinion of this woman is based on the handful of times I’ve paid attention to her, but she sounds just about as sheltered and clueless as most of the real housewives. They become sort-of interchangeable at times. Ramona, 59, had breast augmentation two years ago and she’ll tell you about it. The Daily Mail has a comparison photo of Singer in a bikini before and after her new boobs and she looked better “before” to me, but I’m smaller on top and I like it that way. I hear so many horror stories from my friends with big boobs (like Kaiser) about how it’s hard to exercise or find clothing that fits right. At least that’s what I tell myself because bigger boobs are not in my future. Singer has surely had a ton of Botox and fillers in her face, but she’s proud of the fact that she hasn’t had invasive plastic surgery, which sounds just like what her co-star Bethenny Frankel said recently, although Frankel was probably lying. Here’s what Ramona told the Daily Mail: says she looks better at 59 thanks to carefree new outlook, strict fitness routine, hair extensions and a boob job. ‘I’m feeling really good. A weight has been lifted off me and that’s reflected in my face and my spirit and my body,’ she tells DailyMail.com. The Bravo star said she had her breasts enhanced because she wanted to ‘feel sexier,’ but she has no intention of going under the knife again. ‘Why would I have anything planned? I look the best I’ve ever looked,’ she said. ‘I think I look great, I’m very happy.’ The star revealed that her plastic surgeon was reluctant to perform the boob job on her and tried to talk her out of it. ‘I’ve always had great breasts,’ she revealed. ‘My legs and my breasts have always been great features.’ ‘In fact my doctor, she thought I was nuts, she didn’t even want to touch my breasts. ‘She was like, ‘Are you kidding? You have gorgeous breasts and your breasts are better than most 25-year-olds. What are you doing?…’ ‘I did it for me… I wanted to feel sexier,’ she said. ‘I wanted to be able to look just as good with a brassiere as without one. ‘And before, because I am over 50, let’s face it gravity hits. It wasn’t hitting that badly, but I wanted to look perkier. I wanted to be perky the way I was in my 30s.’ ‘And it made me feel good,’ she added. The reality star said she saw no issue with getting plastic surgery over 50. ‘Most women have had their breasts done two or three times already,’ said Ramona. ‘There are girls getting their breasts done at 17,18,20 – it’s crazy. So for me to wait until after 50, so be it. Why not?’ Ramona denied having invasive work done on her face. ‘Most girls my age over 50 have had the complete facelift, the neck lift and I don’t really need that,’ she said. ‘I’m into working out and staying fit.’ [From The Daily Mail] No, most “girls” her age have not had a complete facelift or multiple boob jobs. Maybe most of the women she knows have. Maybe in their group of moneyed women and reality stars they’re so used to looking at frozen faces that they become normal, but they’re still noticeably different to the rest of us. I know maybe 3-5 people who have had work done to their faces, and maybe 10 people who have had Botox. It’s still rare in my part of the country. It’s kind of scary to think that there are places where teens are getting new boobs in high school and are stopping by strip malls to get their lips plumped but I know those places exist and it happens. When you put it in that context, it’s easy to say “Oh this boob job is no biggie, this Restylane and Botox is nothing, you should see what Sharon had done. Remember last week when we reported that Farrah Abraham and Simon Saran are back together? Well, it turns out the reconciliation only lasted about as long as Farrah’s porn career. According to her latest Instagram posts, it seems Farrah and Simon have broken up once again. Or at the very least, Farrah is pretending they’ve called it quits so that she can hawk a new dating app with the implication that she’s looking to get busy with the sad souls who download it. Ms. Abraham posted the above photo yesterday, along with the following caption: “I love this new sexy app for singles who like to go out.” She went on to extol the virtues of Peeq, which from what we can tell is a Tindr-like app for those seeking no-strings-attached sex. In another post, Abraham encouraged users to “find” her on the app. Again, Farrah is the type who would encourage “sexy singles” to hunt her down even if she were involved in a committed relationship, so there’s no guarantee that she’s once again kicked Simon to the curb. But whatever the case, she’s Instagram single once again, and in Farrah Land, isn’t that all that really matters? No, it’s also worth noting that Farrah is looking more like a soulless blow-up doll every day and poppin’ bottles with a six-foot Pikachu for some reason: The best part is that in the caption for this pic, she offers zero explanation for the presence of everyone’s favorite Pokemon. Like so many things in Farrah’s life, it only makes sense to Farrah. Just kidding, there’s no way she devotes the slightest thought to any aspect of her absurd existence. Star: Joaquin Phoenix is almost broke, but still spending $5 million a year

Joaquin Phoenix has been getting photographed every few months in LA this year. He’s not working, but he seems to be keeping busy, taking martial arts classes and picking up cigarettes and energy drinks. Whenever I see pap photos of him, he seems to be doing well enough. But he hasn’t worked in more than a year. His last film was Woody Allen’s Irrational Man, which filmed in the summer of 2014. While Joaquin has flirted with signing on to some big projects – like Doctor Strange, which Marvel really wanted – nothing has really happened. And now Star Magazine says that Joaquin’s finances are in shambles and he needs to stop being so picky and/or shady. Joaquin Phoenix is in talks to play Jesus in a new movie, but he needs divine intervention to turn around his finances! “Joaquin needs to make $5 million a year to support his lifestyle, and so far this year he’s made zero,” an insider says, explaining that his attitude has so far cost him Jared Leto’s role in Suicide Squad, Lex Luthor in Batman v Superman and even the lead in the Doctor Strange flick out this November. “Getting him to sign on the dotted line is a nightmare,” says an industry insider. “He’ll drag out the salary negotiations for months, which holds up production and costs the studios more money in the end.” Not he’s hoping to get back in the black by playing the son of God in a Mary Magdalene flick costarring Rooney Mara. “Joaquin is confident he’ll get the part, but it’s not a done deal,” tattles the friend. “If he starts insisting on things like a feng-shui’d trailer and an on-call vegan chef plus an insane $15 million paycheck, he’s going to lose this role too. Is he temperamental? Sure. Does he believe his indie street cred would be damaged by taking roles in comic book movies? Probably. But is he the guy who blows through $5 million a year? Eh. Is he the guy who spends months arguing for bigger and bigger paychecks? Eh. My guess is that Joaquin argues for more money on films he really doesn’t want to do. Also: while the Doctor Strange thing has been verified, I didn’t know Joaquin was up for the Joker and Lex Luthor. Did he really say no to all three parts? Yikes. Miranda Simms Calls Leah Messer Out: I’m So Good To Your Girls!

Leah Messer's cousin recorded an interaction between one of her twin daughters and their stepmom, Miranda Simms. Naturally, it disturbed the Teen Mom 2 star. In the recording Ali, 6, complained that “Miranda always gets mad at me cause my backpack is too heavy." Ali was diagnosed with muscular dystrophy, which leads to weakness and muscle mass. “I give her my backpack when it’s too heavy" Ali continued. "She [Miranda] says, ‘Ali, I have to hold the baby.'” Miranda and Leah's ex-husband have a daughter, Remington, whom they welcomed back in November. Leah was furious after watching the video. “I can’t watch it without getting angry or wanting to cry… I don’t know what to do,” she told her sister, Victoria. "There’s nothing wrong with you going down there and saying, ‘I’m tired of my kids hurting,'" Leah told Victoria "Ali has a condition, she can’t help it that she can’t carry the damn backpack. So the lazy b***h needs to pick the backpack up and carry it for her period. "There is no reason that kid should feel that way.” Leah told her sister that Ali says she's "upset" and "hurt" by the way Miranda treats her. “What do I do?” she asked helplessly. “I want to save them. I want to make them feel better, I want to rescue them and I can’t. There’s nothing I can do and they’re my kids.” It is Corey’s fault just as much as it is Miranda’s,” she added. “I would have never, ever thought he would allow this to ever happen to our kids.” In the video below, Leah deals with Miranda's reaction after she told Corey about the video. Angelina Jolie almost played the lead role in the iconic ’90s movie ‘The Craft’

This ^^ is a photo of Angelina Jolie in 1996’s Foxfire, the story about five teenage misfits who gang together to take down the man who has harassed them. Foxfire was the film where Angelina met and fell in love with Jenny Shimizu, incidentally. It was also the film Angelina did instead of The Craft!! For ‘90s girls like me, The Craft is a pretty big deal. Personally speaking, Clueless was always a bigger deal for ME, but I did enjoy The Craft. The Craft is also a story of a gang of misfit girls banding together… but they banded together for witchcraft! The iconic ‘90s film starred Robin Tunney (in the lead role), Fairuza Balk, Neve Campbell and Rachel True. The film turns 20 years old this year, and to celebrate, HuffPo did interviews with original cast members, producers and the director, Andrew Fleming. Fleming said that Angelina was very close to being cast in the lead role, which went to Robin Tunney. That’s what’s shocking to me, that Jolie read for Sarah and not Nancy (played by Fairuza Balk). You may not be able to picture The Craft with a different group of teen witches, but that was almost the case when putting the coven together. During an interview with The Huffington Post to celebrate the cult classic’s 20th anniversary, casting director Pam Dixon and director Andrew Fleming revealed that the famous 1996 flick almost starred some now-huge A-listers, including Angelina Jolie, Alicia Silverstone and Scarlett Johansson. And they all went for the same part—Sarah, the lead role. “We did these tests and we tested a lot of girls, some of whom have become really well-known,” Dixon shared. “We actually had a hold on somebody that we had to let go because she got offered another film, and we didn’t know if the movie was really happening. That girl was Angelina Jolie. She did Foxfire instead.” Oh, whaaaaat? She continued, “Another person who came in was Scarlett Johansson, who was just 12 at the time. The other girl was Alicia Silverstone. This would have been ‘95. She had just shot Clueless, but it had not come out. Alicia also got something between the time that we read them and the time we were really going to make the movie, so we couldn’t pick her up either and she went to do something else. They were all really for Sarah.” The lead role obviously ended up going to Robin Tunney, who actually auditioned for a smaller part in the film. “Robin was originally cast in the part that Neve Campbell played, but we wanted her for the lead. We had to talk her into playing the lead, which was weird. But she did it. She wanted to play Bonnie, and we said, ‘No, we want you to be Sarah.’ It was like a reverse-Hollywood story where she wanted the smaller part.” [From E! News] I could see how Alicia Silverstone would be in contention for the middle-of-the-road Sarah role, and I could also see how Angelina would have been outright offered the lead or any role in the film. But Angelina would have been better as Nancy. Perhaps they already had Fairuza at the time and they just wanted Sarah to be darker, thus Angelina. Because remember how Angelina was back then?
