Caitlyn Jenner Releases Own Brand of Lipstick… For a Good Cause!

Move over, Kylie Jenner. You are no longer the only member of your family with her very own lip-related product. Caitlyn Jenner has reined with MAC cosmetics to create a lipstick that celebrates her transition. It is titled “Finally Free” and the I Am Cait star is posing in the first print ad for the product above. As you can see here, the 65-year old transgender icon is donning a tight, gold dress while lying back and letting stylists make a few adjustments to her hair and her ensemble. But this is what you really need to know about the rosy lipstick: ALL proceeds will benefit the MAC AIDS Fund Transgender Initiative. “MAC was the first to come to me [after my transition], and a company, I realized, would really make a big commitment,” Jenner said in an interview with MAC Culture. “I knew the VIVA GLAM campaigns; I saw that the proceeds were going, in those cases, mainly to AIDS and HIV causes, and I was wondering if they were interested in doing something specifically geared toward trans issues, because we need funding.” The lipstick retails for $17 per package. “MAC is a global company,” Caitlyn adds. “It’s in places around the world where not just trans issues but women’s issues are a major subject that you have to talk about.” View Slideshow: Caitlyn Jenner Photos: So Long, Bruce! Boy, watch out what you wish for, because it came true.”

These are more photos from the Women in Film event (Kaiser covered the other attendees here), which was held last night in LA. They were calling for diversity in film and wage equality for women, as they do annually at this event. It was hosted by the Women in Film president, producer Cathy Schulman (Crash.) I’ll just be covering some of the more questionably dressed women. First off is Alicia Silverstone, who is 39 years old but somehow manages to look 20-something. This scoop neck spaghetti strap bronze metallic Christian Siriano dress is making her look much younger too. This is a very young-looking dress, I think it’s the simple empire cut, but her styling is perfection. Here’s Kate Walsh in a simple v-neck black dress that somehow manages to look like a power suit. That dress is cool, I would wear that, and I like the skinny belt but she paired it with fishnet stockings and high boots. When you look at her makeup though – what was she thinking? She’s got like bright purple eyeshadow on both her lids and under her eyes with thick heavy eyeliner, too much mascara and pink lips. If a makeup artist did this to me I would wipe it off and redo it myself. She looked much better the day before at the Cadillac pre-Oscar party in a contemporary wrap dress. Patricia Arquette was in a plain black and white combo with a white blouse under a half sleeve jacket with a tea length skirt. This look is just too boxy for my taste. She would look better with a fitted jacket and some tailoring. Lake Bell was in a very bizarre fishnet shirt with a bandeau bra underneath for modesty. She has on skintight pinstripe pants with too long split cuffs. This entire outfit looks like a reject from Project Runway. (Credit: my mom.) Khloe Kardashian is dropping truth bombs left and right these days. We’ve recently learned that Khloe likes dirty talk during sex and also that she once hid under the bed while Kris and Bruce Jenner got it on. Gross and grosser, we know. Now, in a manifesto posted to Instagram, the reality star has gone off on all the negative influences in her life. First, Khloe shared a photo of the following quote: “You never really see how toxic someone is until you breathe fresher air.” Then, without naming names or getting very specific, Khloe added in her own words: Let me remind you that we don’t need anybody’s approval to be happy in life. It’s on you to validate and accept your version of happiness. Take the control back. You choose your life. Don’t let anyone else decide for you. We are no victims to life. No prisoners. But we do become victims and prisoners to the people we choose to surround ourselves with. We tend to become content, passive and blind within our relationships. Whether it be a family member, business partner, friend or a lover. Out of comfort and possibly fear. The unknown will leave you stuck in a bad situation. Choosing comfort over your own happiness. They’re mad because Beyonce celebrated her blackness in the “Formation” video. They’re mad that she had the audacity to feature the phrase “stop killing us” in the video. They’re mad because something something black people and police. And they’re especially mad that Beyonce slayed at the Super Bowl and that she and her militant dancers threw up a Black Power salute during their performance. My reaction to all of that outrage has been “…and?” Why wouldn’t Bey celebrate her blackness? Why wouldn’t she have something to say about cops killing people of color? Why would her militancy – or her use of militant imagery – offend people so damn much? So, all of the sad anti-Beyonce people decided to throw an anti-Beyonce protest in New York yesterday. Lady Gaga wore Gucci to perform the National Anthem at SB50: fab or fug?

Embed from Getty Images I’m developing a bizarre conspiracy theory about Lady Gaga this year. Not only does she look really, really different these days, but she sounds different too, right? I had totally forgotten that Gaga was scheduled to sing the National Anthem at Super Bowl 50, so I was pleasantly surprised when she stepped out in a sparkly suit and did a “Broadway” version of the Anthem. But… I didn’t think she sounded like herself. Her voice sounded different to me. Is it possible that she pre-recorded the Anthem and there was some post-production trickery? Is it possible that Old Gaga has been replaced by New Botox Gaga? I’m just putting it out there. If “Paul is dead” can be a conspiracy that lasts for decades, so too can the “Gaga has been replaced” conspiracy. She sounded fine. I’m glad that she treated the Anthem with respect and that she used the opportunity to show off her vocals, because it’s a notoriously difficult song to sing correctly. I’m also glad that Gaga wore an appropriate outfit, mostly because I’m grateful I’m not having to sift through 10 million headlines about “Why did Gaga wear a meat dress and nude panties to the Super Bowl?” Gaga’s sparkly suit is Gucci. Classy! Her blue sparkly mani got some attention too. Good for her. Man, 2016 really is turning out to be Gaga’s comeback year. She posted the results of her meeting with the stylist to the stars (his other clients include Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Miley Cyrus) on her Instagram page with the caption, “It’s 3:20 am and @mrchrismcmillan just banged me ‼️ #PastMyBedtime.” She later posted a photo with Chris, who got his inspiration fot Allison’s new look from Jane Birkin, the English actress and singer who not only was the muse to legendary French singer Serge Gainsbourg but also served as the inspiration for the coveted Hermès Birkin bag. The caption for the picture reads, “Step 1: cut bangs on nervous girl who wants them for a character she’s about to play. I couldn’t figure it out at first, because it just seemed like she was trending after she posted an Instagram of her cleavage and a man’s arm draped across her chest (the image above). She captioned the IG “the beginning.” I still didn’t get it. But then I saw TMZ’s story about it and… well… WOW. TMZ did some investigating and it seems like the arm belongs to none other than Rob Kardashian. For some background… Blac Chyna used to be tight with all of the Kardashians, mostly Khloe and Kim. They were girlfriends and they hung out together a lot. But then Blac Chyna’s boyfriend/fiancé/baby daddy Tyga dumped her for then-underage Kylie Jenner. When Blac Chyna’s friend (and Kardashian enemy) Amber Rose called out Tyga and Kylie on social media, Khloe stormed in and slammed Amber Rose AND Blac Chyna. So, for a few years now, Blac Chyna and the Kardashians have not been friendly at all. Blac Chyna and Tyga are still beefing regularly too, and Blac Chyna is basically Brandi Glanville (to Kylie Jenner’s LeAnn Rimes), if that gives you some kind of context. So, is this a revenge hookup? Is Blac Chyna sticking it to the Kardashian women by starting something with Poor Rob? I don’t even know. I mean, there’s definitely something shady going on, but I’m not even going to lay this on Blac Chyna’s doorstep. WTF is Rob even thinking? And of course Khloe had some stuff to say.
