Jamie Otis Shares Heartbreaking Message to Baby She Miscarried

Jamie Otis has shared an emotional message on Instagram… to her late baby. As previously reported, Otis and Doug Hehner (who met and got married on the reality series Married at First Sight) lost their first child due to a miscarriage last week. The tragic event took place just a few days after they went public with Jamie’s pregnancy. Soon afterward, Otis wrote a post on her official blog, trying to put the pain of this loss into words. “My heart is so heavy,” she wrote at the time. “There are no words to express the pain and sorrow associated with losing our baby Hehner.” On Saturday, meanwhile, Otis continued to mourn by posting a collage of the famous couple in happier times. She included with this photo a message to the late child himself. “Not a day goes by that I don’t wake up thinking of you, Baby Hehner,” Otis wrote. “I know I have to get back to ‘normal life’ but I just don’t know how to. Today daddy and I are going to pick out a perfect name for you. We love you so much. “I hope you’re bouncing on clouds and feeling loved all the way up in heaven. #ourangel #LoveYou #angelbaby.” One day earlier, as posted above, Otis also relayed a telling quote in honor of her baby. It read: “We never had the chance to play, to laugh, to rock, to wiggle. We long to hold you, touch you now and listen to you giggle.” Otis, who also appeared on The Bachelor a few years ago, now works as a nurse. She met Hehner on Season 1 of Married at First Sight and defied the odds by remaining happily married to him. The two then documented their life as a married couple on spinoff series titled Married at First Sight: The First Year. Doug grieved about his wife’s miscarriage in a touching Instagram post last Wednesday, July 13, writing on his social media account: “#BabyHehner even though you could only leave us with your footprints, you will forever remain in our hearts. “@jamieotis and I love you! Thank you everyone for your love and support.”

The Bachelor spoilers shed light on that if you care for that insight. If not, man, the preview below is a feast for the overly-edited senses! “I’m sitting here on a bathroom floor," Ben tells one of his two finalists around the halfway point. "And … I love you. I’m in love with you.” “But do you love her too?” she asks. “Yes.” Oh s–t, this is about to get REAL. When Ben says he put his fiancee through hell, we now understand a little bit more about what he means … as she has to watch this. In order to fully invest himself in one of these two AMAZING women, Ben brilliantly observes, he will have to say goodbye to the other. How will he handle that? Not well, it looks like. He is a lost man right now, he assures us, unaware of what comes next or how to react. The fallout could be epic. Not just for the drama of who Ben Higgins will choose, or how the woman whose heart he breaks will respond. It can't be easy to hear that he was falling just as hard for someone else, and some fans have theorized that his engagement is in peril. That's just conjecture, however. The show's track record is so poor, we would not assume any happily-ever-after scenarios, but we wouldn't rule them out. Not yet anyway. What we can tell you is that this is a man fighting back tears when he talks about the woman he DOES plan to propose to, and … wow. Is it dusty in here now too?! It’s pretty well-established that Leonardo DiCaprio will never, ever have a girlfriend older than 25. That’s his cut-off age, and you could feel his pain at dating Kelly Rohrbach after her 25th birthday. He knew he would have to end it. So, Leo has been single for this Oscar season. He’s reportedly been enjoying the bachelor lifestyle quite a lot over the past few months, allegedly bringing four ladies back to his London hotel room last month, possibly “hanging out” with Rihanna in Paris, and more. So when Leo was back in London this weekend for the BAFTAs, he had his choice of blondes and models and blonde models. He apparently chose Irish celebrity/presenter Laura Whitmore. SHE IS 30 YEARS OLD! GASP! Leonardo DiCaprio took ITV presenter Laura Whitmore back to his hotel suite after a wild night celebrating his Bafta win. The 41-year-old, who won for his role in The Revenant, plucked the I’m A Celebrity presenter out of a group of women vying for his attention at an after-party at London’s Rosewood Hotel. An onlooker said: “Leonardo was completely taken by Laura. She was playing it cool but he made a beeline for her and they instantly started flirting. She loved the attention and they were all over each other, getting on like a house on fire. Leo made it clear he wanted her to come back upstairs to his suite at the hotel to continue the party afterwards.” Irish Laura, 30, followed the superstar to his suite with a close group of pals at 3.30am where the party continued. A partygoer revealed: “He was all over Laura until after 5am. At one point he held her face in his hand.” Also vying for Leo’s attention was British model Lily Donaldson, 29. A party source added: “Leo was all over Lily too.” [From The Sun] I’m just like Leo – I get hot for the Irish accent too. So while Laura just looks like a typical pretty blonde lady to me, the Irish accent probably gives her an edge. An edge that makes her age forgettable, at least for a night. Actually, I think Leo only cares about the 25-year-old cutoff when it comes to OFFICIAL girlfriends, like bike riding companions and such. The 27-year-old actress kept her locks long but did what many of us have impulsively done when we “wanted a change” and got bangs. She posted the results of her meeting with the stylist to the stars (his other clients include Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and Miley Cyrus) on her Instagram page with the caption, “It’s 3:20 am and @mrchrismcmillan just banged me ‼️ #PastMyBedtime.” She later posted a photo with Chris, who got his inspiration fot Allison’s new look from Jane Birkin, the English actress and singer who not only was the muse to legendary French singer Serge Gainsbourg but also served as the inspiration for the coveted Hermès Birkin bag. Sure, bangs are cute for a while, but once you get sick of them, you’re screwed for months while waiting for them to grow out. Trust me, I’m going through “bang regret” right now. I’m a big advocate of the clip-on bangs to change up your look without making a commitment. If only one of her friends showed her this video before she headed to the stylist.
