Kailyn Lowry & Javi Marroquin Fight Over Racy Photo, Unfollow Each Other on Twitter

After months of rumors that Javi Marroquin’s deployment has been putting their marriage to the test, Kailyn Lowry may have just kicked her husband to the curb in very public fashion.

Javi has been overseas with the U.S. Air Force for the past three months, and photos of Marroquin with a mystery woman surfaced online shortly after he left, leading to reports that he and Kailyn had called it quits.

At the time, sources close to the couple insisted they were still together, but now a different photo (and a different woman) may have caused Kailyn to pull the plug on her marriage of three years.

In a truly bizarre twist, Marroquin seems to have ratted on himself by admitting on Twitter that he recently sent racy photos to a female friend.

“The snap I just sent @Kimberlyyy_Rene #onmycalvinkleinshhh,” Marroquin tweeted, implying that he was in his underwear in the pic.

Asked how she feels about the strange confession, Kailyn tweeted, “Borderline inappropriate but it is what it is.”

She deleted the tweet moments later.

Marroquin tagged Lowry in a tweet that read simply, “Don’t,” but he also deleted it.

When a fan assured Marroquin that Lowry loves and misses him, the 23-year-old replined, “Haha too late.”

At some point in the last 24 hours, both Kailyn and Javi stopped following each other on Twitter and Instagram.

A rep for the couple recently issued a statement assuring fans that the couple is “not legally separated.” Not exactly encouraging words.

Tom Cruise reportedly hasn’t seen daughter Suri Cruise in more than 800 days

For years now, there have been stories about how infrequently Tom Cruise sees or speaks to his youngest child, daughter Suri Cruise. Basically, since Katie Holmes ghosted Cruise back in 2012, Tom has barely spent any time with Suri. You could say that he works a lot, which is true. You could say that Katie and Tom hammered out a hardcore divorce and custodial agreement, which would also be true. But Katie did leave the door open for Tom to spend time with Suri, but he just… hasn’t. And now the National Enquirer claims that Tom hasn’t seen Suri in 800 days. Sigh…

Tom Cruise is believed to have not seen his daughter Suri for around 800 days. According to a new report from the US, the 53-year-old actor has not spent time with his nine-year-old daughter for over two years – or 26 months – due to his involvement in controversial religion Scientology.

The National Enquirer has claimed that the Top Gun star has kept his distance from his child with ex-wife Katie Holmes, and that he apparently is lacking in interest in being part of her life. A source told the publication: ‘He doesn’t seem interested in being part of Suri’s day-to-day life. Katie does her best to be a hands-on mum but there’s no replacing her father. He hasn’t been seen in public with his daughter in over two long years – that’s a fifth of her lifetime.’

He has not been pictured with his little girl for well over two years, despite the fact he was frequently photographed with her along with Katie when they were still married. It’s thought that the long time between visits is down to Katie, 36, opposing Tom’s religion, and that members of the Church of Scientology want him to keep his distance from the negativity. A former member of Scientology, Marc Headley, also told the publication that his absence from his daughter’s life could have been down to Tom’s concerns over Katie’s family bad-mouthing the religion, of which he is the most famous member.

‘It’s possible Tom won’t see Suri because he thinks Katie and her family are speaking negatively about him and Scientology,’ he explained.

Tom’s representatives have previously denied such allegations, stating that he has seen Suri, but away from the public eye and behind closed doors. However, it’s also believed that the Oscar-nominated actor has been too busy with his work commitments to pencil in the time with her. The Hollywood star has been kept immensely busy in recent years as he has worked on several movies almost back-to-back: at present he is working on Jack Reacher: Never Go Back in New Orleans.

Here are some photos of Tom Cruise last week in New Orleans, filming Jack Reacher: Never Go Back, the sequel no one really wanted. Tom has been very, very quiet recently. His silence has been especially notable given the explosion of Leah Remini stories in the past month. Leah was everywhere, promoting her tell-all memoir Troublemaker, which includes many, many stories about leaving the Church of Scientology in general, and many stories about Tom Cruise specifically. While a Scientology spokesperson has been swiping at Remini on the record, Cruise has yet to say anything about Remini or anything else. But now “sources” tell Us Weekly that Cruise has been freaking out.

Leah Remini has nothing but respect for ‘ballsy’ Katie Holmes for leaving CO$

Sometimes I forget that not everyone has obsessively read up on Scientology, so I neglect to mention details that could be valuable. Such as the newish set of excerpts at Jezebel from Leah Remini’s book, Troublemaker: Surviving Hollywood and Scientology. Some of those excerpts — like the Tom Cruise hide-and-seek and cookie dough freakout and the alleged neglect of Suri as a baby — we talked about this week. But there’s also more stuff about Leah and Jennifer Lopez witnessing Katie Holmes leaving Tom at the altar for over 20 minutes. Katie looked distressed at a window right before she got married, and no wonder.

Leah also covers this week’s issue of People, and she has nothing but nice things to say about Katie Holmes now. Seriously, this is some genuine stuff. There’s also quite some back and forth between Leah and CO$ because they can’t resist trashing a former parishioner:

On leaving Scientology: “It wasn’t an easy thing to do. It’s about me being flawed.”

CO$ fires back:“It comes as no surprise that someone as self-absorbed as Leah Remini with an insatiable craving for attention would exploit her former faith as a publicity stunt.”

Leah replies to the CO$ reply: “I understand what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. It’s what they do. I was just hoping they’d be a little more imaginative.”

On Katie Holmes’ statement: “I now see how hard things must have been for her and I’m so happy to see her and her daughter doing so well. I feel a kinship with her as a mother who wants do the right things for their child. I went from being very angry with Katie Holmes while she was in the church because she wrote these reports, which my ass was handed to me for … Then she leaves and I thought, that’s a ballsy move … As a mother I respect what she did.’ ”

Leah’s reply to Katie revolves around the latter’s vague statement of regret over how poorly Leah was treated for saying, “Get a room.” That’s such an offhanded comment. I say it quite often myself. You don’t even really say that sort of thing seriously, it’s just a way of coping with the grossness of a gushy couple’s uncomfortable PDA. Leah paid so dearly for that candid remark with her own money funneled into intense auditing sessions, but she can forgive Katie now. Whereas Tom Cruise will always be filled with delusions.

Katy Perry dismissed as a nothingburger

When I first spotted this article at NYMag’s The Cut, I was taken aback. The columnist really doesn’t like Katy Perry. They seem particularly offended by Katy’s recent endorsement of Hillary Clinton for president. Katy’s endorsement is portrayed as a terrible thing. Mostly, Katy is dismissed as a bland, static pop star. She’s not as “complex” as Beyonce, Nicki Minaj, or Taylor Swift. Really … Swift? I’ve always felt that Swift’s recent turn towards unleashing the “crazy” had more to do with the press calling her out, so she embraced the reputation. Swift’s lyrics are not complex at all, nor is her image. I also have feelings about Beyonce and Nicki Minaj’s alleged complexity, but let’s get on with this column.

The columnist takes issue with how manufactured Katy’s image appears, but she neglects to notice that all pop stars are similarly constructed. Most of them try to hide it, but Katy doesn’t care. Part of her image includes the very appearance of manufacturing. She has a team of people who help her achieve this, an “empire,” if you will. Katy may project the appearance of a clueless little girl, but she’s a shrewd businesswoman underneath it all. This is a superficial dismissal of Katy’s superficial qualities. The entire column is outlandishly mean, and here are a few paragraphs:

Katy Perry never changes. Her brand is the very essence of reassuring, non-threatening stagnancy. She encapsulates that remaining, silent majority (It never goes away! Don’t fool yourselves!) that doesn’t like to be challenged at all, ever, for any reason — not by women, not by music, not by the weather, not by anything. Where Beyonce pushes us to accept feminism and strong, assertive women (with a faintly wicked twist), and Taylor Swift pushes us to embrace vulnerability and femininity (with some emotionally volatile undercurrents), Katy Perry pushes such avant-garde, high concepts as teenagers, horny; California girls, awesome; aliens, weird; and kissing girls, actually kinda nice.

In all likelihood, then, Katy Perry’s intention to campaign for Hillary Clinton suggests nothing more than the fact that Katy Perry would prefer to sound like someone who stands for something, even though she isn’t that person and never has been. It’s a nice try. But against a backdrop of female pop stars who push the boundaries of what a woman can do and say and get away with, Katy Perry remains a comforting, nonthreatening attachment object. She is a giant woobie in a time of great change. She is a blank slate, a soothing emotional day spa for those who prefer easy answers. She’s a void with swappable wigs, a tasty nothingburger.

Katy Perry is as conflicted and complex as a pumpkin-spice rug-and-room deodorizer. She doesn’t have a look. She never changes. The Katy Perry of 2010 is the same as the Katy Perry of 2015. Her hair color is different here and there. That’s it. She wears tight, glittery, rainbow-colored dresses and black eyeliner. Always and forever a Super Star Barbie circa 1988.

Do you ever feel like a plastic bag — not because you’re polluting the oceans, but because you “want to start again,” presumably by being recycled? So does Katy Perry. But then she remembers that she’s a firework. Singular. Think for a minute about what it takes to be the kind of person who can sing the word firework like it’s an actual word, over and over and over again, without feeling the faintest hint of self-loathing.

It gets even worse from there. I’m not sure what this column aims to accomplish. Does the author want Hillary to publicly disavow Katy? I don’t see this happening. Katy may project a cotton-candy image, but her music is benign. She’s not hurting anyone. She has an audience and serves a purpose. Katy is very aware of her effect and what she’s doing. It’s all engineered, and yet she’s accused of not “trying hard” as hard as her contemporaries. The article is damning, but so far, this tweet is the only response from Team Katy.

Tom Cruise was blocks away from Suri in NYC, still hasn’t seen her for 2 years

Going Clear didn’t hurt the Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol box office, so Scientology wins this battle. Most critics who watched the documentary in disgust still raved about Tom’s amazing stunts. He’s such a great guy, that Tom! After one week, this movie has earned $75 million in the US and $139 million worldwide. Now I’m even more disgusted than I already was with Scientology. Well played, David Miscavige.

In Touch has a new report that says Tom hasn’t seen Suri in two years. Their last pinpointed daddy-daughter visit is fall 2013, which is better than I thought. The last time we saw photos of them together was when Suri flew to London in November 2012, and Tom spent the weekend filming Edge of Tomorrow. Because stunts. Anyway, we recently heard that Tom wasn’t planning on seeing Suri even though Star made up their periodic story about him quitting the cult after gaining a conscience.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record (which already happens with this story), I don’t think Tom will see Suri ever again. He’s still angry about getting called out for inviting a reporter to talk-up his daddy-daughter time and his showy pap walks. To Tom, suing a tabloid into oblivion makes him the correct party. Here’s the latest from In Touch:

Tom Cruise has not visited his daughter Suri in two years, In Touch magazine is reporting exclusively in its new issue. Tom recently spent three days in NYC and was blocks away from his daughter, yet still did not see her.

Tom “was just blocks away from Suri [in New York City] and he didn’t spend a moment of time with her,” an insider exclusively tells In Touch magazine. Adds one of his friends: “That’s the cold, harsh reality.”

Now, multiple sources tell In Touch magazine that it has been nearly two years since Tom has seen Suri in person.

In the early afternoon of July 27, both Katie and Suri were photographed out and about in NYC as Tom – just blocks away – taped The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon at 30 Rockefeller Center. “There was no connection with Suri that day,” says an insider. And during his three-day visit, he also made time to attend a special screening of Mission: Impossible at the Directors Guild of America, hit the red carpet for his film’s NYC premiere and tape The Daily Show With Jon Stewart, but nowhere in between was there a reunion with his 9-year-old daughter.

Tom has missed a lot of milestone moments, including Suri’s first day of school and her big move to California. “These are important moments in Suri’s life, and Tom wasn’t there for them,” his friend tells In Touch.

And Tom doesn’t want to talk about it. Multiple reports say his camp banned reporters on his M:I 5 promotional blitz from asking about his personal life. “Tom will never address the Suri situation,” says a second insider. “It’s not going to happen because it’s a no-win situation for him.”

Jason Derulo admits breaking up with Jordin Sparks over the phone: ‘I was away’

Jason Derulo did an interview with NY radio station Power 105 earlier this week to promote his “Talk Dirty” tour, which kicks off in the US this week. (And now I have that song stuck in my head.) Derulo was on a world tour from about February to June of this year. I mention that as background to his recent breakup with his girlfriend, Jordin Sparks. These two broke up after three years just last week. It came as a shock to many of us who were used to seeing them looking adorable together on the red carpet. I was really hoping they’d get married.

In other recent interviews promoting his tour, Jason has blamed Jordin pressuring him to marry her for their breakup. That’s ripe considering that Jason featured Jordin in the video for his single, “Marry Me,” last year.

In his interview with Power 105, Jason revealed that he actually broke up with Jordin over the phone. He laughed it off, claiming that he was away. He also gave some of the reasons behind their breakup, claiming that they argued over small things all the time but that he still loves her. It didn’t sound like Jason was open to any kind of reconciliation, though.

On if he cheated
No, man. [The tabloid rumors] got to the extent where it was like, I got this one girl pregnant. There was none of that. We had our problems in our relationship. Every relationship has it’s ups and downs. When you start having more downs than ups you have to take a look at your relationship and be like “is this something I’m supposed to be doing?”

On what they couldn’t get past
It was just small things adding up. I work really hard, I’m all over the world and when I come home the last thing I want to do is argue. When it’s more arguing than having a good time you have to look at it, “yo, is this healthy?” I reached that point where I felt like I was more in a negative space.

On the pictures of him out with other women
You’re going to always see pictures of me with other women, but you can’t put that woman in my bed just because she has her hand on my shoulder. Women are around me all the time and women grab ahold to me all the time.

On Jordin pressuring him to get married
Just going back to what went wrong, there was a lot of pressure from the marriage perspective. The song [Marry Me] was saying “when the time is right” you know what I’m saying? I don’t want to say that’s why… there was a lot of different small things that made our relationship… sour.

On how things are now
You want to remain friends, but man that’s hard. I catch myself looking at her Instagram and seeing what she’s doing because I love her. You just don’t fall out of love with somebody.

A situation like this [leading up to the breakup] has been going on for a long time and I’ve been feeling this for a long time.

On how he broke up with her
Naw [I didn’t text her], it was like over the phone. I wasn’t in town.

On if there was a dealbreaker argument
There was. It was at a restaurant. I don’t want to get into that specific argument… it was like small, petty things like that, but when you’re arguing all the time, then what? We tried [to work it out]… my biggest flaw is I work all the time and it can be lonely.

So Jason denied cheating on Jordin and is basically saying that they argued too much. If I was Jordin, I would be pissed off that my ex was talking so much about it, but if that’s the case she’s taking the high road. In an interview with a TMZ paparazzo she did throw a tiny bit of shade on Jason but she remained very positive and gracious. The photographer asked her if Jason broke up with her because she was pressuring him for marriage. (Jason has given this reason in two interviews so far.) Jordin quipped “I really don’t have a comment on anything that’s been said because everything is just words.” When asked if she thought they would remain friends she said “I hope so, definitely… I just wish him nothing but the best, I want him to be successful.” Very classy.

Star Magazine is running a report from a model named Carmen Ortega, who claimed that she slept with Jason in the summer of 2013, when he was still very much with Jordin. Carmen told Star “We dated for a month. We went out in public with friends a few times, so I assumed he didn’t have a girlfriend.” I’m not saying it’s this woman’s fault by any means, but if this is true what took her so long to google him?
