The details of Johnny’s alleged attacks, and of his behavior in general, are chilling. The court documents detail two incidents of abuse (update: another incident is referenced, see this article), each a month apart and the most recent one this Saturday. Johnny allegedly pulled Amber’s hair, threw things at her, and abused her. She states that he threw a cell phone at her this Saturday, hitting her in the eye. Photos of her bruises, including photos taken at her court appearance earlier today, support this. Amber maintains that Johnny has a substance abuse problem and has been abusive to her throughout their relationship: Johnny has been abusive for their entire relationship, has a drug and alcohol problem “During the entirety of our relationship, Johnny has been verbally and physically abusive to me “I endured excessive emotional, verbal, and physical abuse from Johnny, which has included angry, hostile, humiliating and threatening assaults to me whenever I questioned his authority or disagreed with him. “I live in fear that Johnny will return to (our house) unannounced to terrorize me, physically and emotionally, “Johnny has a long-held and widely-acknowledged public and private history of drug and alcohol abuse. “He has a short fuse. He is often paranoid and his temper is exceptionally scary for me, as it has many times proven to be physically dangerous and/or life-threatening to me. Johnny [sic] relationship with reality oscillates, depending on his interaction with alcohol and drugs. “As Johnny’s paranoia, delusions and aggression increase throughout our relationship, so has my awareness of his continued substance abuse. Because of this, I am extremely afraid of Johnny and for my safety… I am petrified…” Amber states that Johnny abused her on April 21 Heard claims that on April 21, he showed up to a birthday party at their home “inebriated and high.” As a “bad argument” developed, she claims he threw a magnum bottle of champagne at the wall, and a wine glass on her. “He then grabbed me by the hair and violently shoved me to the floor.” – From Radar and The AP Amber had not seen Johnny for a month until this Saturday On Saturday, May 21, Heard claims that she was having a conversation with two friends when Depp, 52, entered their downtown Los Angeles apartment. As the group of friends began to talk about the recent passing of Depp’s mom, the actor “began obsessing about something that was untrue” and became “extremely angry,” she states in the documents. In attempt to help relieve the situation, Heard began calling a friend who Depp was requesting to speak to, she states. “Johnny ripped the cell phone from my hand and began screaming profanities and insults at iO [the friend],” she said. “I heard iO yell at me to get out of the house. Johnny then grabbed the cellphone, wound up his arm like a baseball pitcher and threw the cellphone at me striking my cheek and eye with great force.” Heard submitted photos appearing to show a bruised eye as evidence. Heard says she covered her face and began to cry, then actor “charged” at her and “taunted” her, questioning if the phone actually hit her. “He then forcibly pulled back my hair as I attempted to stand up from the sofa,” she said. “I then yelled ‘Call 911′ – hoping it would be heard by iO who was still on the phone.” “Johnny continued screaming at me, pulling my hair, striking me and violently grabbing my face,” she continued. After a friend from next door entered the apartment with a key previously provided by Heard, Depp ran out of the apartment “smashing everything he could” with a wine bottle, Heard claims. She also submitted photos of damaged possessions. – From People [From People and Radar] Amber’s friend also submitted a declaration on her behalf stating that “Many times over the past few years, Amber has confided and complained to me about Johnny’s abusing her, both physically and verbally.” Some people are saying they don’t believe Amber based on the fact that the police found no evidence of a crime. Bruises take some time to appear, and Amber chose not press charges or provide a statement to police. She’s married to an incredibly famous man and she’s an actress, she probably weighed her options at a time when she was under extreme stress and decided not to bring attention to the situation. As previewed yesterday, this week’s tabloids are full of interesting/funny/untrue speculation about George and Amal Clooney’s marriage, based solely on their appearance at the Cannes Film Festival last week. For the record (since we’re on the record!), I kind of think George and Amal are fine. Their first year of marriage was a whirlwind of craziness, but they seem to have “settled down” quite a bit in 2016. Still, I always enjoy some good Amal gossip. In Touch Weekly had the longer story full of deliciously bitchy details. Some highlights: Amal’s posing. An insider says: “Cannes has strict rules about a non-movie member posing for obligatory cast photos – it’s a big deal and very rare for a spouse to join. But Amal, with George’s blessing of course, barged right in. Amal wore a look-at-me bright yellow gown amid the cast’s sea of black, she had trouble adjusting her long train in the wind so she also held up the entire process, which meant all eyes were on her.” Julia was pissed. “Julia was stunned that Amal tried to steal her show and her thunder, and that George actually let her.” So in retaliation, Julia flirted with George, and the source says, “Amal felt like Julia was flirting with George and she was seething!” Amal hates Julia. Amal hated how friendly George and Julia were on the set of Money Monster and “Amal can’t stand how Julia monopolizes her husband’s time.” After the Cannes red carpet, Amal pulled George aside and told him that Julia was being “disrespectful.” Julia “was so mad that she had a mini-meltdown about it and was overheard complaining about Amal’s rude move and George should have known better.” Julia hates Amal too. After spending some time with Amal and George in Como, Italy last summer, “Julia left with a very bad taste in her mouth.” Julia would “mock image-obsessed Amal behind her back after seeing how Amal constantly had her hair and makeup touched up and wore glamorous gowns during a casual weekend.” A source says: “Julia laughed at her because she thinks she’s so absurd.” [From In Touch Weekly, print edition] While I think this whole thing is being overblown, I do believe that there’s some shade and gossip going on at the core. Like, Julia was pissed that Amal was being so showy and look-at-me. And Amal was pissed because Julia was goose-honking all over George. I also sort of believe that Amal is severely image-obsessed? That’s just my gut-level reaction to seeing her pap strolls and red carpet posing. Meanwhile, Star Magazine claims that Amal and George looked like they were having serious problems at Cannes. A Cannes tipster reveals that after George and Amal walked the Cannes carpet together, they stopped pretending to be all lovey-dovey. “Once inside, it was obvious to everyone there that George and Amal had been fighting all day. I don’t think either one of them wanted to be there.” Arms crossed and scowl fixed, it was clear the human rights lawyer wasn’t happy with her husband. In fact, eyewitnesses say the two barely said a word to each other during dinner that night at Le Michelangelo in Antibes and cast a frosty chill over the afterparty at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc. “It looked like George truly regretted bringing Amal out. Ramona Singer, 59,: ‘Most girls my age have had a face lift’

The Daily Mail has a new interview with Real Housewives of New York’s Ramona Singer, 59. Her quotes reads like a drunken bragging session about how gorgeous she is. I don’t watch RHONY and my opinion of this woman is based on the handful of times I’ve paid attention to her, but she sounds just about as sheltered and clueless as most of the real housewives. They become sort-of interchangeable at times. Ramona, 59, had breast augmentation two years ago and she’ll tell you about it. The Daily Mail has a comparison photo of Singer in a bikini before and after her new boobs and she looked better “before” to me, but I’m smaller on top and I like it that way. I hear so many horror stories from my friends with big boobs (like Kaiser) about how it’s hard to exercise or find clothing that fits right. At least that’s what I tell myself because bigger boobs are not in my future. Singer has surely had a ton of Botox and fillers in her face, but she’s proud of the fact that she hasn’t had invasive plastic surgery, which sounds just like what her co-star Bethenny Frankel said recently, although Frankel was probably lying. Here’s what Ramona told the Daily Mail: says she looks better at 59 thanks to carefree new outlook, strict fitness routine, hair extensions and a boob job. ‘I’m feeling really good. A weight has been lifted off me and that’s reflected in my face and my spirit and my body,’ she tells DailyMail.com. The Bravo star said she had her breasts enhanced because she wanted to ‘feel sexier,’ but she has no intention of going under the knife again. ‘Why would I have anything planned? I look the best I’ve ever looked,’ she said. ‘I think I look great, I’m very happy.’ The star revealed that her plastic surgeon was reluctant to perform the boob job on her and tried to talk her out of it. ‘I’ve always had great breasts,’ she revealed. ‘My legs and my breasts have always been great features.’ ‘In fact my doctor, she thought I was nuts, she didn’t even want to touch my breasts. ‘She was like, ‘Are you kidding? You have gorgeous breasts and your breasts are better than most 25-year-olds. What are you doing?…’ ‘I did it for me… I wanted to feel sexier,’ she said. ‘I wanted to be able to look just as good with a brassiere as without one. ‘And before, because I am over 50, let’s face it gravity hits. It wasn’t hitting that badly, but I wanted to look perkier. I wanted to be perky the way I was in my 30s.’ ‘And it made me feel good,’ she added. The reality star said she saw no issue with getting plastic surgery over 50. ‘Most women have had their breasts done two or three times already,’ said Ramona. ‘There are girls getting their breasts done at 17,18,20 – it’s crazy. So for me to wait until after 50, so be it. Why not?’ Ramona denied having invasive work done on her face. ‘Most girls my age over 50 have had the complete facelift, the neck lift and I don’t really need that,’ she said. ‘I’m into working out and staying fit.’ [From The Daily Mail] No, most “girls” her age have not had a complete facelift or multiple boob jobs. Maybe most of the women she knows have. Maybe in their group of moneyed women and reality stars they’re so used to looking at frozen faces that they become normal, but they’re still noticeably different to the rest of us. I know maybe 3-5 people who have had work done to their faces, and maybe 10 people who have had Botox. It’s still rare in my part of the country. It’s kind of scary to think that there are places where teens are getting new boobs in high school and are stopping by strip malls to get their lips plumped but I know those places exist and it happens. When you put it in that context, it’s easy to say “Oh this boob job is no biggie, this Restylane and Botox is nothing, you should see what Sharon had done. Duchess Kate repeats a McQueen for the Queen’s garden party: cute or meh?

I wouldn’t have even used this ^^ photo but the @KensingtonRoyal Twitter account actually posted this pic to promote the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s appearance at Tuesday’s Buckingham Palace garden party. Isn’t that interesting? The KensingtonRoyal account – the official account for Will, Kate and Harry – is often accused of cherry-picking particular images that reflect the younger royals as looking particular good and/or engaged. But this photo seems particularly unfortunate for Kate – it’s almost like the KP press office is just owning the fact that this is Kate’s Social-Interaction-Face. As for Will and Kate’s appearance at the palace yesterday, Kate has been to the annual garden party several times before, but this is William’s first time. I would suspect that, if pressed, his press office would say that this is the first time he’s ever had an opening in his diary to attend! Kate repeated an Alexander McQueen coatdress which we saw back in 2013, for Prince George’s christening. I didn’t really care for it then, and I really don’t care for it now. The boob ruffle is just odd, and whenever Kate tries to move her arms (to touch her hair, or whatever), the coat bunches up in weird places. The whole thing looks sloppy, and it’s not just the sh-tty tailoring. It’s the design! Why would anyone want a big, vertical ruffle down their chest? Will and Kate also chatted with some medical personnel at the garden party, because apparently the “support” OBGYNs who delivered George and Charlotte were there. Maybe this makes me sound prissy, but I would not want to socialize with my gyno at a garden party at the palace. That just seems awkward and unnecessary. You can read some quotes from the doctors here. They’re very forthcoming with details about the lead-up to the royal births. Also, check out the refreshments at the garden party! I hope Will and Kate are taking notes on the Queen’s refreshments – when Will and Kate hosted a get-together before their India-Bhutan tour, the refreshments were really struggling. Here are some photos from Tuesday night’s Cannes premiere of Julieta. There was a strong assortment of models, many of whom have just arrived in Cannes ahead of what will likely be a MAJOR amfAR gala on Thursday. Expect lots and lots of photos on Friday! Anyway, the biggest name amongst the models for Tuesday’s premieres was easily Karlie Kloss. She wore this Louis Vuitton, with a BUMP-IT. Beyond the weird, 1950s-style hair, I don’t get this dress at all. Is this whole look retro chic? Or just weird and unpleasant? Lara Stone in Prada… I would have liked to see this without the black belt and without the front slit. I think the dress would have been much more interesting without those design “tricks.” Barbara Palvin in Philosophy… this is so girlish and “sweet.” It looks like something a grandmother would pick out. Natasha Poly in Prada. This was honestly one of my favorite looks of Tuesday. Izabel Goulart in Ralph & Russo Spring 2016 Couture. This is literally a corset, a pair of panties and a robe. It’s a very pretty, old-Hollywood robe, for sure. But it’s just a robe. Petra Nemcova in shiny SAFiYAA. I don’t really get this dress? The extra fabric drape is just stupid. Woody Allen’s Café Society is the opening night premiere of the Cannes Film Festival, and these are the photos from the day-time photocall for the film. Woody Allen, Jesse Eisenberg, Corey Stoll, Kristen Stewart and Blake Lively all came out for the photocall. And it was awkward. It was awkward because Blake didn’t wear a bra. And it was awkward because Woody Allen is Woody Allen. As for the fashion… Kristen wore a Chanel skirt and top, plus she completed the look with some awesome Louboutin heels – the Louboutins are “Pigalle Follies marble pumps” and they are rather fabulous. I actually like K-Stew’s pencil skirt and I think this is a great silhouette for her, but the midriff-baring t-shirt looks like something grungy that’s been in her closet for a while. My biggest qualm about Kristen’s look is that her hair is so NOT CUTE here. I’m fine with the bleach-blonde and I’m fine with the cut. But don’t do a center part. And wash your hair, for Christ’s sake. Blake Lively wore the first LOOK AT ME ensemble of this year’s Cannes – her red jumpsuit is Juan Carlos Obando and it’s fine. She barely even looks pregnant, although her bust has increased in size, and it wouldn’t hurt Blake to choose some ensembles with some built-in support for her girls, you know?
